Yeah I added all this into my calculation, with the sports and such, the support is no help though unfortunately. They just send basically the same, some draft reply that doesn't even address my concerns.
Actually they are kind of rude tbh, not even trying to understand the numbers, just saying it's correct while it clearly isn't/
I know 100% this number are wrong since I added up all the numbers (depo/withdrawal) and what's displayed doesn't make any sense.

I see. The only possible explanation I can think of is- they may have a wrong algorithm for the calculation. Maybe they calculate lossback for the last 7 days, and when it's Wednesday 13:00 UTC, you will get the actual amount. Just an assumption, don't take it as confirmation. I'll try to get more insights.

That's one of the most complained part of the betpanda that can be read online. Lacking of bonus for VIPs, aside from X% weekly cashbacks, free spins, there should be X number of deposit bonus per level, birthday or anniversary gift this of course needs KYC, higher betting limit, and higher point boost for every X level and some random gifts.

You are even higher than me.  But yeah, bonus wise this site unfortunately is sub par. They don't have any bonuses. The loss back (not a bonus) is ridiculous as well since they won't even pay loss back on losses in the sports section.

The bonus can be not top attractive but if you consider it as pure bonus and VIP level for your account is not thing like too mandatory by yourself just because you want to receive any bonus, you will see bets and ranking up in VIP ranks are very natural.

I know how it is... when this happens to me I always take a few days off... we plan everything carefully, check all the statistics and are confident in our bets, but then the unexpected takes over, and it seems like all the analysis was wrong, but no... it's just bad luck and the unpredictable taking over everything and overriding the technical analysis.

Although I played in betpanda few times only months ago with 2 deposits (lose it all), I agree that the available bonus offer in betpanda can be considered as low compared to other top leading casinos.
That's why I lost my interest since my last play in betpanda so I decided not to continue playing in betpanda.
