I don't understand why people even play on sites like betpanda. I created an account, deposited $180, won some money and they can't pay out $150 for over 6 hours. It's a disgrace. What's the motivation for playing on these garbage sites?

Played before on Betpanda and withdraw a problem, have you contacted their support first through live chat or send them an email? I've experience something like this before and it's frustrating but definitely there's a reason for that delay since when I made my withdrawal, it didn't even took me 5 mins to withdraw more than $100.

It's understandable to be frustrated if a platform delays payouts, even for smaller amounts. Although i never had any withdrawal issue in Betpanda. Well, i'm always using USDT (TRC20) and it always got process fast.

If you don't care about the $150, that's fine, but sharing more details (like whether they requested verification or what withdrawal method you chose, if you ask the support for assistance) could help others know what to expect and avoid the same issue.

For the betpanda competition itself, it's actually not that detailed because they only ask for the minute when the goal is scored, although this will certainly be a little difficult because 90 minutes is clearly very difficult to predict the exact minute when the goal will be scored. Deposited ~$2200 on Betpanda in the middle of August. Made bets for about to weeks, breaking even, before I was limited to max bets of $0-$1 on smaller leagues and $5-$10 on the biggest leagues. I don't have any interest in betting stakes that small, so I requested a withdrawal. The requested was denied and I was told I had to meet the turnover requirements of 5x the deposit before I was able to do so. When I made a case for it not being reasonable to having to wager another ~$7000 when my stakes were slashed down to micro amounts, I was just told that I would have to play casino games. Probably within their rights, but still unreasonable IMO. After eventually clearing the wager requirements I got an email saying:

"Your betting behaviour was flagged as suspicious by our Sportsbook provider and upon further investigation of both your account and betting activities with our Sportsbook provider, it was determined that you have breached our Terms and Conditions.
For this reason, this account will be closed permanently but you will be able to withdraw your latest deposit. Please note that if there are more funds on the account, your balance will be adjusted to match your last deposit. Once this has been done, you have 24 hours to withdraw your funds."

So if I've understood this correct, this means they just freeroll (some of) their customers since they will not pay out more than the initial deposit. While withdrawing, I tried to get an answer on what "suspicious betting behaviour" meant and what T&Cs that was breached. The live chat support said they could not answer and to send an email in stead. If I ask by email they don't respond, unless I add "COMPLAINT" in the subject line. But when I use that, this is the answer I get:

"For us to process this as an official complaint, we need further details regarding the circumstances of the case from you.
Please provide us with as much details as possible which support your argument why the account closure is not valid, the more information we receive the better. You can provide this information to us by replying to this message."

I reached out to live chat support again, and this is how the conversation went:

Feels like the entire support chain is just AI bots which causes the process to just go in circles in stead of actually giving me an answer to my questions. So the combination of the odds provider (Betby) and Betpandas' rules and support made this all a bad experience for me. The betting limits were obviously cut because I placed bets with good odds (value). When you limit me to max bets less than $1 then we all know you are practically saying I'm not allowed to bet. You don't want me using your site, so I just want to take my money and take it elsewhere. At that point removing the turnover requirements seems like a minimum. You are the first bookmaker I have encountered where any profits would have been taken (if I had any).

In my case I assume you are either going to claim that I broke 3.6 (any automated systems), although I don't use those. And/or 6.4.3 (obviously incorrect odds/switched odds). It took me less than a minute to find those in the T&Cs, yet neither chat support nor email/HelpDesk support wanted to tell me and kept spewing close to automated messages. I find it mind-boggling that I have to explain to you about my account/betting activity FIRST when YOU have blocked me without explaining why. In a normal world I would ask why I was blocked, you would tell me exactly what part(s) of the T&Cs that I broke, and then I would either make a complaint or let it go.

They are straight forward actually and strict to its rules. Their response are always be on either on email or CS chat and those are always final. Their representative here are used only for marketing and community announcements, however they responds rarely on those cases. I got mine too but from the bitcoin price prediction contest prize. I actually managed to turn my $20 prize into $110, but greed got f me, I placed $40 blackjack bet and boom, it was gone.

I used the remaining for live sports betting and I noticed we can now see scores directly on the betslip.

I don’t know _BlackStar to work as Betpanda support team and even from the quote comment, the user isn’t responding as a member of the support team but simply as a concerned from user trying to get answers as to possible reasons why. Your continued use of “you” puts the user in a spot.

Seems like you’ve got all the cards and frankly, this was my thought, possibly suspicion on some betting syndicate associated with match fixing or exploiting some of these loopholes to sportsbook gambling. Either way, hope you get some answers to keep you at ease with the proceedings.

There was a period where a number of newbie accounts who were creating scam accusations against BetPanda. Perhaps I didn't correctly specify what I meant, but there was a specific user who created a thread against BetPanda's signature campaign users. The thread can be found here. No users' trust was neutral or negative tagged, I didn't word it correctly in the previous post.

Since most cases has been resolved, this user was simply spreading nonsense, something which was expected, but it has been proven officially now.
