The question is: when did that happen? The 5x wagering requirement was only implemented recently. Or maybe you just miscalculated and already wagered 5 times without realizing it. I place a live bet → it gets accepted. A minute later I place another bet → it’s rejected with the reason “insufficient funds.” Then a minute later I place the next one → it’s accepted again, no problem with funds. The bets that are not accepted always turn out to be winning ones.

The wagering requirement is only 1x and I have personally tested it multiple times, never had any issue and my cashout was always instant. If you are availing any deposit bonus or other promo that might be the reason for asking additional wagering as per the particular bonus terms.
