I’m a bit doubt it whether betpanda really just implemented a 5x wagering requirement before making a withdrawal.

The wagering requirement is only 1x and I have personally tested it multiple times, never had any issue and my cashout was always instant. If you are availing any deposit bonus or other promo that might be the reason for asking additional wagering as per the particular bonus terms.
@Tom110011 I have placed many live bets and never encountered any issue. As I have said earlier also in live betting a lot of time bets get rejected because of lag in displaying odds and actual odds. You are free to record a video and proving that whatever you are saying is true, without some proof all you are saying is air, means absolutely nothing.

They themselves admitted that the bets were not accepted due to insufficient funds in the account.

Thanks to LM I get to know about Betpanda and of all the casino I've ever played Betpanda is super fast on their deposits and withdraw never had any issue with it.  Also they had lot's of games . But recently they changed their AML , you need to wager 5times of your deposit to withdraw your money

I have money in my account, I don’t change anything with the account currency.

I place a live bet → it gets accepted. A minute later I place another bet → it’s rejected with the reason “insufficient funds.” Then a minute later I place the next one → it’s accepted again, no problem with funds. The bets that are not accepted always turn out to be winning ones.

What exactly is unclear in what I’m explaining?

This is clearly some kind of scam.

I understand your feelings, but it would be better if you waited until the casino responded to your complaint. It seems like you're immediately accusing the casino, as you've made a claim before they respond. I'm not trying to defend the casino, as my experience here, and perhaps many others on this forum, have never experienced this issue.

It's also a good idea to provide proof, such as screenshots or something similar, along with your available balance. Without concrete evidence, it's actually difficult to prove your claims are true. I've seen many people file complaints, but in reality, they're the ones at fault.

I'm not trying to accuse you of lying here, but you should definitely provide proof.

It’s x1 based on my experience playing on this casino. I do withdraw a lot from this casino with less than x5 wager since I do make sure to hit x1 wager as quickly as possible then withdraw my funds.

I just don’t know if the x5 is a new update on the ToS. However, LM already confirmed that he recently withdrawn his funds with just x1 wagering requirements so it’s proven x1.

The casino doesn't own those slots or any games they are just an operator their site is hosted on their own hosting provider. The games that you see or play in the casino are not originally loaded from the site; they are embedded as iframes and originally loaded from another source, a game provider or developer.

So if the casino site is accessible but not the game itself, then the source of that game is blocked from your ISP, not the whole casino site.

Some time ago I was satisfied with 1x for withdraw, however I recently made withdraw some say 5x wagering requirement is required, but I actually exceeded that amount to withdraw. I curious if VIP rank is factor, meaning higher VIP might be able to withdraw with just 1x wagering requirement.

I can confirm that Betpanda.io was about to implement a 5x wagering requirement. I requested a withdrawal a month ago and it was denied and it surprised me because I did everything like I always do. I then had a detailed chat and the support agent told me it was changed to 5x. I then asked whether they are sure about it and that I need to get reliable information because I want to let our bitcointalk.org community know as many here use the platform.

I screenshotted the conversation with the support agent and when I said I will inform our community here about it, the support agent changed the mind and said I am good to go, I can withdraw after standard wagering.

I was sure this would cause some confusion here. I was hoping that they know most of their customers and would not require us here to wager 5x. I am good and I can withdraw normally, but it is true as the support agent said that it is now in the terms and conditions.
