I think it would be fair to offer lower wagering requirements for loyal players that you can trust are active on the casino. Yeah, in any case, we shouldn't feed the troll. It's enough to answer them with logic base on his accusations. But for sure his mind is already close and he or she thinks that Betpanda is a scam. Just to be fair, there are a lot of casino that has been accused of scamming, but there are not enough proof to bring the reputation of that down. So most likely this is the case here and this is going to be a vicious cycle.

If your team is truly concerned about money laundering and also wants to consider the feedback of gamblers, then you need to make some changes to the terms. In this case the terms should be like that

"All deposits must be wagered 1 time (1x) before you can withdraw any deposited funds. In case of suspicious activity, we may apply 5 times (5×) wager requirement on your deposits."

It will remove the doubts of the genuine gamblers. The second part of this clause is also enough to prevent fraud and money laundering related activity.

If your team is truly concerned about money laundering and also wants to consider the feedback of gamblers, then you need to make some changes to the terms. In this case the terms should be like that

"All deposits must be wagered 1 time (1x) before you can withdraw any deposited funds. In case of suspicious activity, we may apply 5 times (5×) wager requirement on your deposits."

It's a usual practice as long as all the games contribute the same way toward the wagering.
