Now the things I don't like
*lazy non helpful messages, I created a ticket and it got rejected with "provider declined your ticket", maybe not that exact wording since I wasn't fast enough to take screen shot but something like that. Problem was live snooker match, I guess odds shifted or that game got suspend or whatever. Reason should have been written so I know what to do with my ticket. I am betting for more than 20 years so I immediately had some ideas but stuff like that can make you lose customers fast. Everything else went trough after I removed that game but it wasn't marked in any way as problematic
