It depends mainly on the company, not on holydarkness as the casino can handle cases for users if they see that they made mistakes on those cases initially and if their business is trust worthy. Scam casinos don't mind what @holydarkness does and after getting money from users, will do they care about any PMs or request from @holydarkness?
