I was just thinking the ways that how can KYC can still now be avoided. If you do not have any balance at the casino, do you think that you make a new account and start gambling from that account and leave this account untouched. They may close this account as you haven't completed the KYC and that's shouldn't concern you as you have no balance in here.

Yeah, they can ask for KYC in the new account too but it won't be immedaite. You can get away with it and shouldn't be doing the KYC.

Casinos do not go overboard when freezing accounts because they must have considered many things including the offense committed so that in the end when the account is proven guilty even if there is a lot of money in the account everything will look quite difficult to recover because it will be considered as evidence of fraud or misconduct from their site.

Not really, it actually contradicts how reputed traditional casinos operate and the original crypto ideology of anonymity. Casinos that want to preserve the idea of crypto, to stay anonymous and user-focused, rather than forcing full identification like CEX and fully strict licensed ones.

No, it doesn’t work that way. You can not just abandon your current account, create a new one and think that the casino will not find out about this just because you didn’t verify the first account (the one you have abandoned).
Casinos have invested a lot in technologies that allow them to detect alternative accounts without needing to request account verification. So don’t think that just by abandoning an account and creating a new one, they won’t be able to link them, even if you didn’t verify any of them.
