You mean "should not require". And yes, that's true, that's why i correct your statement, as it sounds like every casino will ask casino no matter what, which obviously not.
But I believe most of us in the forum is now very cautious to trust casino that operates anonymously due to the high risk of being scammed since they can run away without a track although this can happened too on licensed casino but still at least we have license provider as leverage to file a legal case.
Not really, it actually contradicts how reputed traditional casinos operate and the original crypto ideology of anonymity. Casinos that want to preserve the idea of crypto, to stay anonymous and user-focused, rather than forcing full identification like CEX and fully strict licensed ones.
