I downloaded the 1.3.1 to the same folder as I did with the older version. The differe nce is only 3kb (20950kb versus 20947kb). Anyone an idea, what I did wrong?

Wallet fully synced? Bittrex takes a while to put the coins in your account, for withdrawals you need to approve them via e-mail.

Hmm, it's very strange you need email verification for bittrex and I don't. According the syncing, 181064 blocks are done, I guess it's synced ( but not sure). Normally bittrex deposits/withdrawels go quick (within 30 minutes or so).Checked again on both sides (wallet and bittrex), it says coins are send, both also on both sides nothing arrived.

That is for withdrawal only. Deposit doesn't need email verification. You are fully synced with block 181064. I have also sent 1 NLG for testing to bittrex, but still not arrived yet after 5 confirmations. I'll wait some more, but normally it should be seen there already, I think. I tested both "old"wallet 1.3.0 and new wallet 1.3.1. Edit: both deposits arrived!!

I agree, should have been there already. What happens when bittrex didn't make the update to 1.3.1 digishield, maybe that's the reason transactions don't go.

I have just sent out a signed alert onto the network asking everyone to update their wallets. We're also contacting as much pools and exchanges as possible. Since we have taken a safe amount of time (3 weeks), I assume all mayor parties will have updated by then.
As usual: if you didn't update in time: - backup wallet - remove blockchain - resync blockchain with wallet
But again, we're spreading the news early enough for everyone to update.
Android wallets are not affected by this update.
Cheers!

I'm going to guess because the android wallets are usually what they call a "lite wallet". It just represents your wallet on the blockchain without having to download the blockchain. Think about what would happen if you had to download the entire BTC blockchain to your phone via 3G to use an android wallet. OMG... I would want to kill myself. lol Long story short, it doesn't need to confirm blocks or mine or anything like that, so it wouldn't need the code that tells it to do that. -Fuse
