You don't need to send some back. it's important to spread the coins. Good luck with the project.

Looks like they already are.  I'm seeing these posts disappearing from all the threads I've seen it in.  He's using multiple accounts as well.  If you see more, just click the "Report to moderator" link in the bottom right corner of the post.

Does anyone have any good stats on the adoption of NLG by country?  There is lots of activity in the Netherlands of course... but I'm curious outside of there whats happening.  Specifically, I'm wondering if there is much adoption in North America.

I've been with NLG for quite a while now, and while I would love to see NLG accepted here in the US, I'd agree with the team and community that this is a coin that really needs to keep it's focus in NL.  Not because I don't want to see it here, but rather I really just want to see it thrive there.

There just really hasn't been a push for it here, though.

Swaphole has been dead for a few weeks I think, might want to remove it from the list of exchanges on the ANN post.

Get a local popular coffee house or pizza place in Palo Alto or San Francisco city, LA or NYC to accept NLG and I will fly out for that and make a nerdy fan video with you as promo goof for both us and them lol.

What do they need? Cash register with internet access OR an ipod, iphone, tablet or other smartphone hooked to their Guldenpay.com with the Litepaid API. I think Litepaid paysout Dollars through PayPal, but I am not sure. Fuse can probably confirm that, if it's true.

That would be legendary.

Sadly, no.  It needs to be an IBAN bank account to do cash payouts.  You could get one of those anonymous Visa cards that are found in the goods subforum here.  They are tied to an IBAN number and allow decent deposit/withdrawal amounts.

The US is crazy with money exchange laws.  I was going to see if I could use Bitpay to take BTC payments and they wanted everything from a business license to a blood sample.  Joking on the blood sample, but they really did want paperwork out the wazoo.

It would be pretty slick to get you to fly out here for a promo "US groundbreaking" event.  I wish I was still in NY, I've got a friend that owns a bar that would do it in a heartbeat if I was there to help her.

I checked out the laws in Canada some for a project I was considering back in the Coino days.  I tried to get them to make me do paperwork... but after a few days the response from the Feds was "we don't have any paperwork for this bitcoin stuff, just give us your phone number so we can call you when we get some someday".  End of story.

Basically here you just have to follow the know your customer law if you are dealing over certain amounts.  Nothing as scary as the USA.

If you go to the Gov directly thats all youre going to get, but as far as I know Canada is one of the countries that have a good level of adoption so instead of going to the Gov why not getting advice from real Bitcoin businesses that are already set up in your country

And then there's the NYDFS and Ben Lawsky. He's gone silent, but maybe because he's pushing to pass laws on the down-low. Who knows, only time will tell.

Good call icebear. For future reference to other users out there: Never click links in quoted posts. Only use the links in the OP.

I'll update the pools wallet on hardcoreminers when i get back home tonight.

I think most users already updated their wallets earlier so I really hope no harm has been done in this short time span.
Lets hope so..  Smiley
