Now that the driveshare beta has completed the 1PB limits is it over? What's the plan moving forward?  Driveshare was for selling storage space but are users able to upload and download their files yet?

I'd also love some updates on this.

Currently still in test group B paying out monthly to those who have 10000 sjcx at an address.  In this phase i think they are just testing the builds and auditing, noone is storing anyone elses files yet, all files stored currently are created locally on the users computer from there address.

The next phase is test group C which will also be giving rewards.  It will be the first time that users on the network will be sharing files.

Hi sorry your english isnt great but from this i gather that you are asking about investing in Storj?  yes if you purchase 10,000 sjcx and then open your own counterpartywallet you invest and still own the sjcx.  all you do then is download either the dataserv-client or the dataserv GUI from the driveshare website and during set up input your counterparty wallet address.

I don't get it why is the price of this coin so low. It is useful but price is still below 5k. I remembered that this coin was pumped up to 15k when Storj was first launched.

I just carefully read the blog post and now I have new questions..

If i'm buying a test group B address with 10K does it count as a balance in the farming address?

Rewards are directly proportional to the SJCX balance held in farming address.

If I buy an address with 10K and I only have 500GB space for farming, while others "contribute" 1TB after changing the scale, will I get a lower reward ?

Buying an address is equivalent to an existing crowdsale participant holding 10k SJCX...  thus new participants always get full rewards.

In other words...  you will get full rewards for allocating up to 500GB...  but the actual reward rates are not available yet.

I'm still confused on how/when/if using the beta GUI will payout. Here's what I'd like to know:

- When do you payouts happen?
- What is the rate?
- If you have zero in your SJCX wallet, will you still get a payment?
- It sounds like more than 500 gb doesn't matter at his point. Is this true?

I think sounds like a cool concept but before I let my computer run up the electric bills I'd like to learn more. Thanks.
