the live marketplace does NOT show time remaining for other buyers & how much btc is left ?
NO GOOD at all, prefer the old order list, more informative.
imo, it is not very customer friendly & more towards the advantage of nh/wh, just make you bid & bid & they earn all the fees.
Fix it, it's bad move imo. less info no good
As explained already; remaining BTC left and time can be changed at any time, thus is not really informative. Another reason why we decided to remove it - is because it belongs to customer's privacy (just as pool URLs of customers are not visible to everyone). Not so for FIXED orders. I'd like to see ETA as well. It helps to know the ETA for existing fixed orders when you want to place a new fixed order IMMEDIATELY after an existing order runs out to get in at a better price.

greed, just pure greed. it just wants to make you outbid or bid blindly so more fees rolls in.
any auction or bidding system shows the pricing, eta, value, time, etc & much more.
the new layout is a good idea but i find that it is laggy, auto update is cool but i don't mind updating it manually as i can see the latest pricing at anytime i wish.
less info = not very good imo.
makes me feel like buying something blindly.
i don't want to know where others are mining at but would not mind the extra info if available but i'm pretty sure i'm not the only 1 wanting to know how much value others are bidding & time remaining.
number of miners connected is not really useful but still good info.
the ease of adding pool from fav's is nice too & on top with that little shortcut with a quick access is also good no need to jump here & there like before.
appreciate if that can be added to the new layout.

Fixed orders are limited to max. 24 hours run while standard orders can run up to 15 days. Refilling of fixed order will change ETA, if it started initially with not enough BTC to run for 24 hours or more. We received a lot of questions regarding remaining time and balance. A lot of customers complained that some orders are running for infinite time, because they were relying on remaining time too much (while in fact, other customers were simply constantly refilling their orders). We received requests from customers that wanted to hide remaining BTC on their orders from public views, so they could put in larger values (request for privacy). When we opened Live Marketplace for beta testing (~2 weeks ago), we received 0 complaints about remaining BTC on foreign orders not visible any more. The viewable data about foreign orders is as it is and will stay. Miners count is needed information, because order speed is always measured for the past. Miners count tells you ASAP which orders are receiving hashing power which is needed information to bid appropriately. And for the end; if you would like to automate your bidding on NiceHash, we made NiceHashBot, which allows you to do that easily: https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashBot

But i'd still like to see ETA on fixed orders to somewhat time the placement of new fixed orders for a better price. I was able to do this with the previous Orders page view.

I like the consolidation of the endpoints, it will make it easier. How about using westhash, or somewhere else, as a failover point? IMHO, the reduction in information provided for "foreign" orders will make bidding a more cautious exercise. Some things I will no longer be able to take a guess at: - How long the market will likely be stuck in it's current status - If an order is being recharged or will it die - If an order is having issues and is likely to have spill-over (Especially for unlimited orders) - Other things I choose not to disclose I am not saying I will not use nicehash, I still like it, but it will decrease the amount of BTC I am willing to risk, i.e. give you. An Edit: in the investment markets we see price, volume, age, partial transactions, and more....more than you originally were providing. In general, I do not use the order list and only use the live market place in rare circumstances.

Hi, For all interested in mining SAK Sharkcoin: solo mining for this coin was added to https://solo.nicehash.com/, rent hashing power at https://www.nicehash.com our use your Quark miners to get 8 SAK coins for each found SAK block! p.s.: one of the reasons to do this was also because there were plenty of rejects when buying hashing power from NiceHash/WestHash to mine on SAK pools which are apparently mostly located in Russia or China Please, check it out and report back if everything is working correctly. Thank you. Kind regards, NiceHash.com

We implemented merged payments for providers. This means that your total balance now shows total balance across all algorithms on NiceHash and WestHash. Also, when payments are due, you get paid if your total balance is above payment threshold. This means no more little balances being stuck Let us know if it is working correctly for you. We already made one test payment at 11:36 UTC today.

Hi,
Question about order refill fee:
According to the FAQs: "You can also refill your existing orders which essentially extends the running time of an order - you can refill your orders as many times as you want and you are not additionally charged for refilling an existing order.
But when you go to the refill order page you see: * Refundable service fee is charged.
When do you see that refund?
Thanks

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALLAbout a year ago, we introduced WestHash, a brother service of NiceHash which has stratum proxy located in USA West coast. We did it, so we could offer buyers two source points of renting hashpower and give better coverage to sellers with another hashpower destination point in USA West coast. We are very aware that everything in crypto scene is very fast and actions need to be taken immediately. We were forced to establish a separate system, which is of course not fully convenient for our customers, especially buyers. There is extra work needed such as being logged in at two sites and monitoring two lists of orders. We did not have proper ideas and solutions, nor the time to implement everything in very short period of time thus we created separate system - WestHash. But over time, we were monitoring customers requests, adding in new features and laid a good future plan what to do to eventually merge WestHash into NiceHash and offer all customers unique experience. We created Live Marketplace, which visually unites both markets ( WestHash and NiceHash) into single real-time updated page. In following days we are taking final steps of this large venture; WestHash will be fully merged into NiceHash and there will be no need for two logins anymore. Visiting WestHash.com will bring you to NiceHash frontend. You may have noticed that we have already taken few steps towards this - previously mentioned Live Marketplace, united statistics for miners, united first page statistics table, united Blockchain Lottery and united list of past orders. Live Marketplace will replace Order list and My order list pages. Finally, there will be some changes needed to the API. For everyone using the API, you should read following very carefully. We will try to keep as much backward compatibility as possible. Accessing service through WestHash.com/api will still work in future, but will be obsolete. We recommend that all API users update their software with recommendations mentioned here. First, we will roll out API version 1.1.0. This version will bring in optional parameter named location to following methods: - stats.provider
- orders.get
- orders.get&my
- orders.create
- orders.refill
- orders.remove
- orders.set.price
- orders.set.price.decrease
- orders.set.limit
If location parameter is set to 0, it targets NiceHash market, if set to 1, it targets WestHash market. With location as an optional parameter and WestHash.com/api still working, we keep the backward compatibility and at the same time gives you ability to use API only over NiceHash.com/api to manage orders on WestHash market. If optional parameter location is not supplied then NiceHash market is targeted if accessing through NiceHash.com/api and WestHash market is targeted if accessing through WestHash.com/api. Second API change (version 1.2.0) will make changes to orders.get method. Values rejected_gh, accepted_gh, btc_avail, btc_paid and rejected_speed will be removed from returned output to match the data displayed on Live Marketplace. We decided to remove them because some do not bring any important information ( rejected_gh, accepted_gh, rejected_speed) or because of being private and changeable at any time ( btc_avail, btc_paid). If your software is using these values, you should modify your software before we update API to 1.2.0.As always, we request from our customers to report us all the issues to contact mails. How does this affect miners? Do we need to update our miners to point to a new address? If so, what is it?

If you do not spend coins for buying hashing power (if order is not completed, is partly completed or completed with 0%), you get (partial) fee back. You only pay fee for BTC you actually spent buying hashing power. The remaining fee is returned. How does this affect miners? Do we need to update our miners to point to a new address? If so, what is it?
No changes are needed for miners. You may only have some confusion when viewing your stats - make sure you select correct "Service location" when viewing stats. That is all. BTW; if you have bookmarked your miners, these bookmarks should work fine (but report back, if they are not). We have redirect in place (redirecting all requests from WestHash to NiceHash).

You should leave cloud mining services and mine in a pools if you are interested in mining as it is. Every cloud mining will surely collapse in a near future, so you will definitely lose your money..

Hello,
Is there a way to get notified when certain market conditions are met?
More specifically I would like to notified by either email or SMS text when the Total Speed on either Nice/WestHash X11 meets or exceeds a certain number i.e. 20 Gh/s. Anyway to do this?
Thanks in advance

No, but since you can easily obtain data from NiceHash over publicly available API, it is possible to code a service that would do that. Send me a PM if you are interested to get in contact with someone that can do this quickly for you.
