Together with the release of new features on NiceHash (see post above) we also released a new version of sgminer with some bugfixes and Blake256 algorithms integration, see Release here: https://github.com/nicehash/sgminer/releases/tag/5.3.0

Keep on hashing Wink

Are you having issues with the blake256r8 vanilla servers? Can't get a solid connection to that server. It connects then drops etc. No problem to your other algos

You guys been having issues today again on westhash? A bunch of my rentals have gone down to 0'0 for no reason, no errors on the stat page of the rental, even showed a bunch of miners, but 0.00 hash rate. Just started coming back on line.

Hi. I downloaded and tried running the new ETH miner provided in your help, it was getting work for about 5-10 minutes and then it started mining, after 15 minutes nicehash was reporting nothing but my gpu (GTX 770) was getting warm and definitely working... What's the deal with this?

I don't think Ethereum is fully functional on their network yet. Can't rent it either from there, not an option in the pool setup, etc..

Maybe they are still working on it?

It was the rental at 0.0063 with 9999.00THs that sucked up everyone's available hash...

Edit:  When those pop up like that they are obviously not trying to make a profit.  It is meant to disrupt everyone's rentals for reasons that you could only speculate about.

I looked there was nothing like that going on.

..but again there is some moron paying 0.63 for 9999TH sucking up the rentals. Idiot.

They seem to pup up whenever the rentals get too far down the price list.  Who would not like it when the prices go too low?  Those that are renting their hardware for one...

I thought so too, but the cost of the high pop is not worth the rise during and after.

I hope that's not the case.  I just can't believe someone could do something as stupid as to drop that kind of money on a hash level that is 3X higher than the BTC you can earn.  It just forces everyone else to pay more than value or just watch the zeros.  It's some kind of sick joke perpetrated because of the anonymous nature of the NiceHash system.

EDIT:  People, 100% PPS for 1THs Sha256 is 0.00307608 at the current difficulty (not even accounting for the 3% fee).  If you are paying more than 0.0031 you are losing.  At the moment, everyone is losing...

Been mining ethereum for 30 hours now, when are you doing payouts? Nothing came from Ethereum when you did today's payout.

Payments are done on this schedule: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqs6

But please note that balances for Ethereum are separated from other algorithms, so you have to reach the separate Ethereum balance to get the payout for Ethereum mining. If you need further assistance please send us your mining Bitcoin address to support@nicehash.com

Best regards,
NiceHash.

Would it be too much to ask that nicehashbot would NOT crash every time you guys are doing 'maintenance' on your server(s)Huh

I have to babysit it throughout the day to make sure it runs or have to manually restart it.

Or better yet :

PLease remove the pop-up screen after launch of the nicehashbot.exe confirming the API. Once set it is unnecessary, but it makes it so it can't be launched automatically with no human input. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep seeing the same thing, I think they were getting attacked yesterday? At least I was seeing a lot of CloudFlare timeouts and latency.

EDIT: Looks like it's back up now.

Has anyone tried NH's new Ethereum mining software? If so, what kind of hash rate do you get with a 280x GPU  on NH?
