I've the same problem with ETH payout
Is there any information about today's ETH payouts?

uhm , everything ok with Eth payouts ?

my balance was deducted , 2+  hours later nothing , no txid , nothing in wallet , it just disappeared

http://postimg.org/image/b3ssl6c39/

What happened to the BTC? Mining Ethereum, first converted and then disappeared BTC. Transaction was not there.
https://www.nicehash.com/?p=miners&addr=166TJ1hWE7i1roTijhgNT9zwWDVpUQSc6P&a=999&l=0

Also there is a write-off of bitcoin balance, but there is no payment. https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=miners&addr=16saFV8JyJGT7D81bYbyT3Ftpi2LUDygRo&a=999&l=0

Missing Ethereum mining payment 0600 3/3/16. I am mining both x11 and ethereum, I received my x11 payment but did not receive payment for ethereum mining.
Btc balance went to zero but no payment, checked blockchain show payment for x11, nothing for ethereum.

Nicehash can you help me out here. Thanks

BTC   Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System   BTC
A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

I too have seen a write off of my ETH mining today but have received no funds. Please can you tell us what is going on? Bit worrying to see so many posts but no official response yet.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay with today's Eth payouts. The delayed payout was sent with transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/0043487e8c532086bf9fb892e2d3c9f4a688be19016e32b0bf415470aa2b899b. The graphs and stats are still not updated with the payment, but the actual payment was issued.

There has been a whole mess with the Bitcoin Blockchain network congestion. Sorry for the inconvenience and if there is anybody who hasn't received payment - please write to support@nicehash.com. Thanks!

p.s.: someone is trying to mine with invalid Bitcoin address: NdT7nH3fWZ8epntiE15YRy6ZwZvJ3763Y - please stop mining with this invalid address and always make sure to use valid Bitcoin address (in this case this might be 1NdT7nH3fWZ8epntiE15YRy6ZwZvJ3763Y)

Best regards,
NiceHash support

Experience from Ethereum mining.

Just to add to the discussion regarding low Ethereum payout.

Have been running Ethereum miner with two AMD, R9 290 gpu giving around 55MH/s for 14 hours now and looking at the result so far is very confusing.

At 02:15, after 8h of mining, accumulated unexchange was changed into unpaid:

Balance.
Unpaid:          0.004754 BTC
Unexchanged:  0.00000 BTC
Immature:       0.000381 BTC

So after 8h I got 0.005135 BTC. That should be around 0.015405 BTC/Day

But from the graph during that time period I can read average speed, 55.000 MH/s and payrate 0.3766BTC/GH/Day.
Should be 0.055 * 0.3766 = 0.020713 BTC/Day.

A difference of 0.005308 BTC/Day

At 10:15, after 16h of mining, accumulated unexchange was changed into unpaid:

Balance.
Unpaid:          0.009528 BTC
Unexchanged:  0.0008393 BTC
Immature:       0.0006555 BTC

So after 16h I got 0.0110228 BTC. That should be around 0.017223125 BTC/Day

But from the graph during that time period I can read average speed, 54.94 MH/s and payrate 0.3965BTC/GH/Day.
Should be 0.05494 * 0.3965 = 0.02178371 BTC/Day.

A difference of 0.004560585 BTC/Day

Looks not ok for me. Would be nice with a more transparent offering from NiceHash so the numbers we get are more understandable.

Thank you.

Nicehash is just a rental service. It does not use your mining power. The renters pay the low price. It is better to mine else where at the moment.

Yup. Looks like it. Even nicehashbot can not change orders on westhash. Constant yellow message it can not do what I asked it to, Please try again in a few minutes.
I will get compensated for this right?? I have lost rentals which show hashing fine on nicehash yet nothing at the pool side and I can't even cancel or change orders.

Whoa. This is bad. Can not delete orders going through your website either. Wasting my BTC away totally.

Best regards,
NiceHash team.

After looking at historical charts on my main pool, things went haywire roughly 6am EST. BTC was still draining til about 9am EST. Nicehash owes 3hrs of hash time that btc was draining and no shares submitted. Another email sent to you showing screenshots for proof.

Yep and on the renter side this is what it looks like..> its not like btc went to us.. It just vanished Undecided

So who got the btc if me being the provider of hash didnt get it and the user still lost their btc for several hours..   15 ph for 3 or so hours is no chump change

Best Regards

Hi,

Just to clarify today's situation: during the USA location downtime, no funds were lost. Orders from buyers were simply on pause and miners/rigs from providers/sellers which were pointed to USA stratum during the downtime, were hashing on the  miners/rigs backup pools (always make sure to have configured a backup pool, we also suggest combination of USA/EU or EU/USA NiceHash location for backup).

Once again, sorry for the service downtime, we're working hard to keep our infrastructure on high uptime, but sometimes unexpected issues simply can't be resolved instantly.

Thank you for using our service and keep on mining! Wink

Best regards,
NiceHash team.
