The community can start their own projects and we encourage that, but we don't encourage people to spend money on things like this or on advertising a nascar car. The cost is a lot higher than the reward. Also: you're giving money (or PND) to someone who you trust will do something good with it... but who you really know nothing about. Nobody has to do anything, really. But, we become involved because the PND Community grabs you by the shirt collar with expectation and excitement and the next thing you know, you can't help yourself. I'd much rather be involved because I believe in my gut instincts, and I feel I can see where this is all leading. So, let the excitement and the reality of it all do a number on you. You can check your transaction here: https://bchain.info/PND/
If transaction was registered in blockchain so you probably have a problem with your wallet.
Maybe try sync your wallet in old PandaBank mode. I also had problems with the hybrid, but in the old version everything is fine.

What to do?

1) What version do you have? Make sure you update to 3.0.1 if you have not already
2) What mode are you in, if you are in lite mode switch to hybrid mode rather.
3) After doing the above two you may need to resync - to do this change to 'classic mode' (which will delete your blockchain) and then back to 'hybrid mode' - wait for the sync to complete after which you should be fine. (Make sure you are on 3.0.1 first before you try this)
