I want to mine this coin before its too hard

First of all goto c:/-> users -> "yourusername" -> Appdata -> Roaming -> Bitmonero delete everything whatever is in that folder.

Download the latest wallet .
Then start bitmonerod.exe.

Yeah thats how I started, then that didnt work. So I made the folder and put the blockchain.bin there but it doesnt detect it.

It enver finds peers and never updates blockchain

Well for me it work fine.

I removed ALL restrictions on inbound/outbound rules and firewall is off. I added to programs to allow to conect. idk what else to do

As far as you don't get added IGD port mappiing you will not connect to any peers.

I think a better way would get a usb stick install Linux and run Bitmonero on it .
Now I have to go to sleep , it's really late here .
