v2, we will have to be a little bit more patient.. I think they are rolling out last changes and doing testing. About Max Keiser, he Tweeted us https://twitter.com/maxkeiser/status/464322133674323968^^

Howdy all, can anyone tell me the best way to keep my BlackCoins safe ? I have a small amount on an exchange which I use to trade (hot wallet) The rest of them are stored on my QT wallet, I am paranoid about malware / keyloggers but would like to benefit from staking and help support the network by keeping my wallet open. What are my options ? Thanks in advance cheap laptop with Xubuntu or similar that will be the most safest option to leave it open on If you have a dedicated miner that isn't used for anything else, you can put your wallet there and leave it running with your miners, and as long as you aren't downloading other software onto your machine, it should remain safe, but always backup your wallet .dat files in case disaster strikes.

Thanks all for the responses I'll either buy a raspberry pi or a netbook to use as a dedicated wallet. Another question, do you need to backup the wallet every time you transfer coins in/out of the wallet ?

Alright. The most important question this community will ever have to answer: Blackcoin or BlackCoin? http://strawpoll.me/1657312We will use this branding in the future. Blackcoin or BlackCoin? BlackCoin!I remember when I first joined the community, I always spelled it Blackcoin, but then I distinctly remember Soepkip correcting me and telling me it was BlackCoin, and I have been writing it that way ever since. +1 for BlackCoin +1 What about BLACKCOIN?

No, because the wallet holds your keys (addresses) not your coins. You need to backup the wallet again if you have used over 100 keys, or if you have changed your encryption.

Another question, do you need to backup the wallet every time you transfer coins in/out of the wallet ? No, once you save your .dat file and if disaster should strike, you download a new wallet and replace the new .dat file with your old, it will then sync with your old wallet data from the blockchain and you will have all your coins back.

No, once you save your .dat file and if disaster should strike, you download a new wallet and replace the new .dat file with your old, it will then sync with your old wallet data from the blockchain and you will have all your coins back. The wallet can create change addresses if the user doesn't choose to use an existing address for change. So at least when transferring a fraction of your coins from the wallet I think you must either backup the wallet.dat again or you should send all coins in your wallet to one of your wallet addresses that were created before you made your first backup. Enable coin control in settings to see possible change addresses generated by your wallet.

Hey Guys if you want to do something to make some quick black coin. Just sign up to https://sharexcoin.com/market/CFC_BTC then go https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=596562.1540 and post your wallet address in your signature. Takes about 10 minutes and SR members will get about 0.08btc worth of free CFC (Theres only a bit of buy support so you will have to be quick) then take your bitcoin and buy black coin! 250 Blackcoin for 10 mins work! That's more then a month of mining with a 280x. Not bad. Too bad I am not at home

BlackCoin Is Going To Wall Street
Stop quoting this. IconicExpert went apeshit. We shouldn't expect this event to actually happen. All donations made are just feeding the wallet of what is probably the most destructive member of the blackcoin community right now.

Hi guys. Have you tried to explore marketing via Google adwords. It is very powerful marketing tool. I'm willing to donate for the cost on using Google adwords.

I have been waiting for the PR campaign details to be explained. As it seems some ad campaign like the below would not be covered: I was thinking about ads specifically in IT online magazines and the respective apps, with custom banners and stuff as well as with ad words. target languages would be English and German (since i know what's important "here"). Did not find the time to create a detailed concept yet, but i think the range one can get with that is huge for the little money it costs.
