There are way better coins than Blackcoin if pump and dump is your thing.  A stable coin like this is the devil for the real pump and dumps.  Not enough movement.  However, if you just want to trade within a range with very little risk of loss, step right up.

got out most at 88k and the rest on down to 32k. 30k is the only price i respect.. sorry. but ive been trading the margins ever since it dropped sub 32k but i wont be doing that anymore at these levels. when it comes back up 28k-30k thereabouts ill buy back in. but this just looks like everyone's trying to exit. iconic's stash could have been picked up in a day worth of trading volume.. so this is more than him selling.

In terms of rebuying back in at 28k, I think that's a safe move. BC needs to break the descending resistance trend line that has been in place since the 24th. 28-30k would confirm a break of that 30 day trend.
