3. there is a huge development pot
4. there is a block tax


so it's a good opportunity for developer to own a huge amount of the coin FAIRLY with FULL CONSENT of the community to develop as he sees fit.

If I was a highly talented dev looking for a project I would consider this because nowhere else can you find a fairly mined POW coin and get 25% of the minting with the communities consent.

In fact if we can Identify the ALLCOIN wallet and destroy it then it will be a lot more than 25% .

We need to raise some BTC by monday for the dev to start. We have searched for developers for a long time but as yet have not found one that is wanting to work for beecoins and prefer to have BTC. Probably because as yet we are not even on an exchange.

If there is agreement we will auction off IOU's to the new coin from the development pot. We have been discussing this for months.

I suggest we sell the beecoins at 15 litoshis which is above the market rate it was going for before.

I would like to raise BTC to give to him before monday. So he can get started.

If someone can calculate batches we will sell for 0.05 BTC minimum then let's go with that.

I don't want to be dealing with lots of little 0.00001 btc amounts because we need to raise a reasonable amount. Also enough to get us on one exchange mostly likely yobit or something bittrex is out of the question right now.

I suggest that we raise funds for the DEV, then we do everything (coin swap, rebrand, etc) BEFORE we hit any exchange, because things get complicated after exchanges are involved.
