Why link to last version of windows wallet not placed on main page?
I removed it too soon. You can still get the wallet on www.synclub.net There is no link to windows wallet. Hard fork is coming and there is no actual wallet. no worry there are still about 1000 blocks to go that seems to be not in an hour as ever it will be there when ist needed

My wallet is not syncing. Fresh install from github .zip on xubuntu. App folder is .Sync and i've created sync.conf there with: server=1 listen=1 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass rpcport=24240 addnode=23.226.225.224 addnode=107.170.10.33 addnode=80.240.140.149 addnode=86.1.252.20 addnode=90.217.94.252 addnode=207.12.89.92 addnode=162.243.157.49 addnode=128.199.189.163 addnode=162.243.103.7 addnode=128.199.187.204 addnode=95.85.31.58 This still didn't make the wallet to connect to the network. Any ideas? trying to open a port ? AFAIK ports on xubuntu are open as soon an app wants to listen on them. I might be wrong tho. I've noticed that when the wallet is running, the netstat -an | grep "LISTEN " shows listening on port 24241. Conf file has 24240 and changing it to 24241 brings no result. Also i've deleted the wallet and reinstalled it (compiled? - linux newb here) with qmake "USE_UPNP=1" but the wallet is not syncing still. Can anyone post a simple step by step guide regarding Sync wallet and conf file on xubuntu? I have the wallet running on ubuntu 12.04 for the multipool. Only thing you need to do is openining port 24241 for incomming and outgoing traffic! Sync MUST be listing on port 24241 for getting blockupdates and staking. the rpcport 24240 is for internal us only what ? a port must be open ? damn - thats really new for me (just kidding)

Do not mess with the standard ports, open just 24241 in the firewall and get SYNC syncing. (for the user questioning on how to get started on ubuntu)

So to maximize the amount we get paid on a SYNC profit sale we need to hold all our coins under one registered address is that correct?
Is the only way to get all the various chunks of coins into a single address by sending everything to an exchange and back again? Or is there a way to doit directly in the wallet?

Port 24241 is open and sync-qt is listening on this port but the wallet is Out of sync and have 0 active connections. Any other idea? EDIT: Actually, the port on which the sync-qt is listening is listed as 0.0.0.0:24241 Shouldn't it be 127.0.0.1:24241 ?

Will this reset the coins maturity once they move? you ve asked how i get them all together - and the first thought was: withdraw them to one BUT you have to wait THEN to get them mature again - mostly about 6 hours but there is no Need to - if you want to go on sync Profit sale you just Show them how much do you have and the payout will be equal weighted
