Peeps Don't forget to find a little time to vote for sync bte 38 - NO 2 Position now (almost there) and any other asian exchanges you are on! Sync could use an infusion of new investors remember the more people that get involved with our coin the better it will be for all of us!!

I am not sure if this applies to those posts above me. But everyone you need to make sure you are on the updated wallet which is in the OP(First Post). If you are using the old wallet everything you gain via staking is fake because it is on the wrong chain. We have been on the new wallet for a few weeks therefore some of you might have a significant amount of coin that you thought you gained via staking. The good news it You should catch up in the first few stakes on the correct chain. You will not have as much compounded but you should get your share of the 50% annual rate.

I had the v1.1.0 wallet for about a week an a half now when looking for 1.0.4 I came across it here...never did see version 1.0.4 - same story I was out of sync and started getting a bunch of orphans (mined - generated but not accepted)
I did what the dev stated, saved wallet and conf deleted the folders and all else and bootstrapped up a synced wallet - it tooko 1.5 hours. Unlike MMXIV - it worked (I lost 2 whole MMXIV coins that took two months to mine) and I am in sync. I was looking for 1.0.4 and the link took me to 1.1.0 so I am on 1.1.0 for a while now an it just works. I still get generated but not accepted but it seems it mines again later and my coin fragments actually comes through the second stake or mine instance.
I hope this helps folks in the same boat, in regard to payouts from exchanges taking for ever - thats an exchange thing - Cryptsy sucks now, a litecoin payout (less than one coin) takes like 24 hours these days. Cheers
Which coin are you talking about? The OP shows that we are on wallet version 1.0.3.0 for Windows and 1.0.4.0 for Mac. So, I think you are posting about another coin in the SYNC thread?

mmm but it's enabled, right?
How long until pos start?
And one other thing, nobody answered to me (both in twitter, irc and email) regarding the enrolling on the profit program. Who should I contact?
Staking starts 6 hours after you stopped moving coins. Are you trying to enter the Syncfund with 3 coins in your wallet? Go here: http://syncfund.com/profit-share.html

Now the staking flag is set to true. I just had to wait 6 hours (or at least read the first topic ). Yes I applied for the program, but so far I got no answer. EDIT Just got my answer. Glad to be on board. Looking forward to the first sale of the assets

Again, you were on the wrong blockchain with the wrong wallet. It is a fantasy world, not the right one. Now you are on the right chain, and orphans dont matter, you stake at the same percentage.

That because you were competing against less people to find blocks so there was less chance for orphan.

I have a pretty crappy internet connection and am worried my wallet will not be connected to network when it needs to be. (ie time of sale) . If a domain asset is sold at 1pm and my internet decides to take a break from 12:30-1:30, am I then ineligible for a share in the profit program? or will wallets in the program need to be staking on the network sometime in the hours before or after. Thanks Btw, SyncCoin has been recently added to the ratings site www.coinist.co Check it out and give the coin a review!

You will still receive your profit share you just have to have the coins(min of 3) in your wallet and enrolled. Does not have to be open at the time staking.

Thanks It does not matter if your wallet is online, since the Sync Fund will check the *block chain* whether the coins are in the address that you provided at the time of registration, as recorded in the block chain. You can have your wallet offline for a week and still receive the payout. It is better to have your wallet online at least the last day before the rewards are halving, else you can miss the payout of the staking rewards, if your coins do not all stake before the reward gets halved. NOTE that your wallet can have more than one address, so if you use *other* addresses in your wallet than the one you registered, then you can have 3 SYNC in your wallet, but *not* receive a payout, since the block chain will say that there is not 3 SYNC in that specific address. To check, simply enter your registered address in the block expllorer and check that it indeed says that there is at least 3 SYNC balance: http://chainz.cryptoid.info/sync/Note that the top line is the last balance in your wallet at that address, following lines are older and typically you will see a lot of small transactions from the staking activity in your wallet. If you do not see the same amount as in your wallet, then enable Coin Control, go to "Send" and select all the inputs that are not under your registered address, then send the selected balance to your registered address. You will see a zero-balance transfer to yourself and now all balance in your wallet should show under the registered address, so you can get your payout (presuming it is at least 3 SYNC). Success!

How do you post a screenshot on these boards?
Scroll a few posts back, where I showed how to, using the image tags. What is this version 1.1.0.0 that you keep asking about? The only official version that I know is 1.0.3.0 (and 1.0.4.0 for Mac) so where are you getting your problems from?

No Problems at all
Just showing that when I looked for v104 for windows I downloaded v1.1.0.0
which seems to be the best working wallet
stakes fine
no out of syncs
fine ale
its later than 1.03 which I had sync issue and orphansd with
and 103 is not as clean as 1.1.0.0
but people keep saying here that 103 is the clean version
I'm sure if you bootstrap.dat a clean blockindex yes you'll be good

You do not understand. 1st - You want the wallet from the OP, which will always have the latest. 2nd - FORGET THOSE OTHER WALLETS!!!! They do NOT work fine because they are on the WRONG BLOCKCHAIN!!! It's like an alternate reality, THAT IS FALSE! THAT is why you need the right wallet.
