Now would be a good time to start discussing the board to take all of this over and to manage the developer funds. This has been a really busy few weeks for me so it would be nice to have others take things over or help with this process as much as possible.

I can imagine that, it's a burden, yes. Maybe at first, we should call out what sort of positions we need anyway / are available? And what skill are needed for that, if any at all? Anyway count me in for something.

I will also be having a block explorer set up at https://thecryptochat.net/ for at least 3 months out of my own funds. This will allow us to have cryptoid on the current chain and the new chain over there until the swap is done.

That is good, but what are the costs for running explorer at this place?! Is this one of your site?! I registered and i am exploring this site.

There is a $10 set up fee and just under $19 for 3 months. They have package plans for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year with discounts the longer it is. This isn't my website.

Ah okay, I misunderstood you. This currently isn't possible as the new wallet has already been made. We are just going through it again to make sure it is working properly.

It is possible if someone else would like to pay for it to be changed and have everything recompiled onto a new chain. I've already put 0.2 BTC of my own money into it, plus the 0.1 BTC donated by the community, so it won't be me this time.

The new HYPER wallet is done and almost ready, just waiting on the rest of the coins to be sent to me and then we can proceed from there. I have the source code and a windows wallet ready to go.

For the swap, if it's decided to use the info site for the swap that is already done and ready to go outside of a burn address for existing HYPER.

That's what I understood the message as, they don't have an issue with re-adding it when its ready and back on track.

How does the new wallet affect the swap of coins to a new chain, it would be a good opportunity to make HYPER more rare if it was possible.

Because a new wallet that is complete already has the coin total set. If it were to be swapped at a lower amount then there would be millions of extra coins on the blockchain that aren't valid and that doesn't bode well when someone asks why theres 7 million+ HYPER on a chain where people only own 1.5M in total.

i mean now everything is said and paid for , but what about doing swap
with a token built on eth chain or something with a tested future i can assume omni , xcp and some other
can still do the same thing that a new wallet and a chain can do without having the problems a new chain can have. Still what is done is done for future reference i hope will be considered .
