My RK-Box miner made it up to about 35 hours but my Rockweb/R-Pi seems to have rebooted about 30 mins ago

Nice. So far mine is at 20 hours. This is just on RPI/Raspbian

My Rockminer web GUI is reporting 479 Gh/s avg. but the pool side avg. is down around ~450 Gh/s @ FREQ 320 and current fw, running on R-Pi

Reject and pools may cut down little hashrate.

Even the miners listed on Rockminers R100 website (rockhash.com) dont show any run times over 14hrs.
Best I've seen with mine was 16hrs but 1-4hrs is more common.

This stability issue seems to be affecting RK,R3 for sure and probably R4..

Reboot is not big problem, most important thing is hashrate and hashrate!!
Reboot happened for temperature adaptive and only need seconds.

do you ship in china? or any South East Asia?

We ship to all around the world except some far-off places out of way or other issues, take Ukraine for example,
we paid $250 per RK-BOX to that place by DHL even on 50% discount.

What exactly do you mean temperature adaptive?

For example, I have some extra 120mm fans pointing in direction with airflow, a 140mm as exhaust, multiple heatsinks added extra around the miners and even fans to my RPI Tongue

The Rock OS will reboot randomly/constantly yet my Raspbian OS can run for 24hrs+ no reboots

Reboot's are a problem when some of the blades do not come back to full ghs!!!
and stay at 30-40ghs until they have the usb cable removed to reset.

How do you explain the above rockxie?
Not caused by heat! the pi's are around 33deg and the room is 20deg C!

20% is a lot of hash rate to lose!!!!

And it's not always just the last blade, it could be 1-3 blade that sit at 30-40ghs.

How about standing behind your product addressing the stability.

Well just to share I have twice gotten to 2D 6Hrs 23 min without reboot but typical is 18 to 24 hours.
I am running my RK at 350 freq, have 7 fans hooked up to my unit and temps never exceed 45 C and typically stay in the 39 - 41 range.
I am currently at 18 hours and have a hash rate of 522 Ghs, 522 GHs, 522 GHs with a 9.2% error rate.
My error rate stays typically between 8.7 and 10.3%.
At the pool side my hash rate has been running between 454 GHs and 485 GHs, currently running at 474 GHs.
BTW, I decided not to pull apart the frame and instead now have my RK hanging by hooks from the frame holes on fan side of the unit  from a wire shelf rack with fans on the outside heatsinks of all four blades and a fan set up under the unit.
Other than the occasional random reboot it has been running constantly for 6 days now in this configuration.

Greek customs service is asking me for an invoice.
Where can I get one?

All orderd form ROCKMIENR directly can get invoice if they need.
However, ordered from reseller or other ways should get invoice from where they buy.

Yeah Rockxie is right. Ask your seller for the documents and then you can quickly get the miners out of customs.

Hi Trends, that stability issue after reset really sucks!!! I had one miner that was doing the same thing. I changed my usb cables and it did help me. But it looks like it's happening on all of ur miners and different blades each time. I'm just posting to help keep troubleshooting and ideas comming in.

It's a bit of a bitch Billbags when you have to start purchasing parts and pieces that were supplied to enable the miner to get up to spec!
Thanks for the advice, I'm continuing to replace cables, hubs, routers, etc and spending more $$ on these ROCKMINER products.

Rockxie, would you guys @Rockminer consider selling RK to R3 upgrade kits? Huh (brackets, heatsinks, controller etc)

I would be down to purchase one if it would help with cooling and stability issues...

Wish i would have read this during conference didn't know you were at conference would have stopped buy to meet you.

Was really nice to be able to see the different designs of the ROCKMINER's.  I found the new R4 to be a nice addition.

I would say it was a good conference.  Was fun to meet some of the people there, some interesting talks. And of course the vendor area was very fun.
