I almost hate to bring this up again, but Tony is thinking about a branding package and was looking for our value statement.

Any suggestions?

That's awesome! We could definitely use a professional to look at everything and improve our brand.

Hello.

I have noticed also some issues with NIS.

You can read more details here:
https://forum.nem.io/t/nis-crashed-log-message-included/1850/10?u=freigeist

Did anyone notice similar issues?!

Never saw this problem reported from anyone else. Higher loads during the initial sync are normal(ish) but just regular operation shouldn't be causing any problems like that.

<https://feedback.azure.com/forums/169396-media-services/suggestions/11565492-addition-of-nem> is disappeared.
The votes was over 500.
Is this mean Microsoft Azure adopted and is considering <addition-of-NEM> positively?
Or, the suggester deleted/canceled his own suggestion/post?

I'll take that as a bad sign.  The guy in charge makes it hard to contact him directly but I kept on Tweeting him as I found him on Twitter.  He didn't get back to me.

I now understood the account, watched innovations, after visiting the mosaics tab and coming back to the main page, in the window saw your mosaics that I have displayed
YOUR MOSAICS (1)
nem:xem 163766412214,
although I am on the page for creating mosaics and nemspaces didn't pull the trigger
will it affect somehow on the account, because the creation of the mosaics is worth the money, and the security of an account or create a new one and put the coins there? or you can somehow remove Your Mosaics? advise

Send my coins from the Wallet to Poloniex without the message. Did never hear about the message you MUST get into the transfer.
What to do next, will the coins come back to the wallet?

Thanks a lot for the quick support Smiley

Poloniex wallet address is, so to speak, public address, and the massage is the key to your private address.
Without message, your XEM can't transfer to your private wallet in Polo.
You had better submit a ticket at Polo.
They will solve the problem within a few days.
I had experienced the same thing last year. Wink

p.s.) I remember they asked me to send very small amount of accurate xy.abc XEM from the same wallet again with a message.

You need to contact Poloniex and they'll hopefully sort it out.

Contact support. I did the same with 100k coins.

They asked for timestamp, wallet address and transaction ID and they had it sorted quick enough.

Hopefully they can do the same.

Hi, I have a question, maybe someone can help me.
I registered a light wallet and put my XEM there. As far as I know I didn't make a private key. Actually I made a brain wallet as well. As far as I remember when signing up, I got a wallet address, but when trying to login, I have to put in a private key, so I don'rt come in.
When I choose for brainwallet and write down my nickname I get a wallet address that is different from the one where I put my coins, so this more or less convinces me that I didn't put them in the brainwallet. Earlier when I tried to login, things went smoothly. I just put in my password and I was in the wallet.
Anyone an idea what I do wrong?
Thanks for helping

Please explain step by step what you did. What did you click where and so on. It's hard to follow what exactly you were doing there.
I feel like you're also talking about the redemption process somewhere in there.

Thanks for the quick reaction. First I did come in the wallet now, that's nice. It looks like I have 2 wallets under the same nickname.
