So you all want every stakeholder to turn on their computers for at least 24 hours...?

This is almost surreal: Yesterday, you asked for help, if people identified such clusters: I'll go a ahead and say that the biggest found cluster consisted of over 200 accounts. Now imagine someone comes to you with plausible data that indicate such clusters ? What would you have done ? I'm pretty sure noone would have said "Well we said we wouldn't do another investigation. So no, let em have it".
Regarding the question of whom to contact - Just contact me. Prefferably only with questions but sure if you need to blow of some steam go ahead.
Today, you will not agree to what you yourself Pat proposed yesterday. Someone came to you personally and this is your reaction: What exactly do you have in mind ? What would that look like ?
Everyone who controls private keys to a set of stakes that need to be investigated (excluding those from Nxt AE I think) launches NEM wallet and leave it open. At some moment (triggered by Bitcoin block N, data can be gotten from Blockchain.Info easily) all the wallets start solving cryptographical puzzles depending on Bitcoin block hash and NEM account id. In 15 minutes these puzzles are sent to a server controlled by NEM devs and the hash of received puzzles is published and copied by a lot of people who have to wait these 15 minutes. After that we can make a good assessment how many computers "controlled" by a particular NEM stake and we can verify the puzzles because their hash is publicly known. Someone owning 100 stakes have to find 100 computers. That would basically be another round of redemption and that takes months. I don't think we have the time for that. You could have suggested that half a year ago I guess we let'em have it, as long they are not one of us...

If you find a solution to do this investigation anyway that'd be awesome. But I guess that's not what you meant ?
Your guess is correct. Care to enlighten us what you did mean ? CfB is going to release his next project called Jinn. If what I read is correct then what he is going to do is send a link to all the people that made it to through our sock puppet list with instructions for them to mine a coin on the NXT MS for 24 hours. (when he talks about solving a puzzle, he really means mine on NXT MS) Then each person that mines the coins are going to back them with bitcoin, and then he can there was cryptographic proof that each account was unique. Or something like that. He has been talking about it elsewhere. I don't really get it, but we all know things like this go a bit past me.

It's not about Jinn and it's possible to provide cryptoproof without Nxt MS.

BTW, there are two things: 1) Please try to promote our reddit page ( http://www.reddit.com/r/nem/) and make it more active 2) Are there any brick and mortar shops that are interested in accepted NEM? community should do some promotion for it. bring more people in .

Are you saying that there are no insider sockpuppets controlling massive stakes?

roughly 1400 people have to have their client running at the same time. That's like waiting for some special stellar constellation Not to mention that a huge chunk of stakeholders only drop by once a month so it would have to be at least 1 month after the announcement which even if the announcement was made right now would be later than what we hope to be launch. Not running at the same time. Launching it one day before and leaving it working. Why you can't postpone the launch a little?I think there are about 500 people that would kill us if we postponed because of anything other than technical reasons. If people were like "Well that's worth it let's postpone for that" then I'd personally consider it (no idea what the rest thinks) but I don't think that's the case at all. My vote is YES! I think it's better to postpone the launch than leaving existing sockpuppets continuously drop the price. edit: that's a big problem of NXT btw, early stakeholders are still keeping the price very low, they (I know at least one of them) create big sell orders as soon as the price goes up a bit.

No more delays, CFB is spreading FUD with this "insider" sockspuppet stuff. The guy has no evidence to back up his arguments.

A few people asked but I'm not sure there was ever an answer about why the original 75%-25% figure is not being upheld?
Yes, total BS. It's actually 65% (for development) and 45% for stakeholders. That's the distribution

Exactly! The first ten accounts of NXT have 26,6% of all NXT network... Such in the NEM network shouldn't be. At all has to be on 50000 XEM - 100000 XEM and at most 250000 XEM. To have bigger quantity to anything. Us there have to be 69000 nemsters.
