There's great buys on cryptopia. Price as low as 3400 sats, when it's around 3700 sats elsewhere. I would buy them up, but I got as many as I can already. Their NEM wallet is still down, tho, so you can't withdraw yet.

How to run wallet at localhost:8989 ? =(
In old version it was easy to do - start "runMon" ant that's all. In 0.6.95 I see only "runNIS", I starting it and what ? A bunch of words in the command line, something updates, but nothing starts. Where is runNCC, runConsole, runMon ? Where is tray icon in right corner ?
Help me please.
I don't think ncc is supported anymore. Just go to https://nem.io/downloads/ and download the "Universal Client (with Trezor Support)". If you need further assistance you should ask in nem telegram group or on nem forums.

A new project was just launched on the NEM blockchain. It is called myCoinvest, launched with the support and promotion of the NEM foundation. They are giving free VezCoin (CVZ) to new registrants + prizes + airdrop every Monday. All you need is a NEM address! It looks like a promising project! Sign up here: www.mycoinvest.tech/vezcoin-airdrop-sign-up/ *Edit to avoid double-post*Coincheck re-enables withdrawals! Starting repayment for stolen XEM right now! Over $3 million in trade volume in past 30 mins! READ HERE!

when is the binance listing? Apparently we were pretty close to get listed but the the hack came in...I really hope it happens soon and shoots us to the moon.
Any news on the catapult? Is the team actively working on it? It has been quiet a while that we are hearing about it and time is just passing by...

Follow this forum and you'll stay in tune. Read the last couple pages of posts and you'll be much more up to date. I gave a basic rundown of the situation just yesterday.

Cryptopia wallet is syncing up right now! I see lots of node connections, and block height is growing. Maybe soon I can withdraw my precious XEM. *Edit* Cryptopia wallet stuck on block 1538300. *2nd Edit* Cryptopia wallet is synced up, and should be working now. Can anyone verify if withdrawals or deposits work? And if you had any "stuck" coins, did they show up? Hyjinx is as smart as a hole in the mud. Aaaand. The Tokyo Whale is dumping BTC again! If you don't know who he is, I suggest you google the term. Bitcoin is not in a bear market, Bitcoin is in a Tokyo Whale market. Thanks for the tip about the Tokyo Whale. I sold off a small amount of BTC a day before it crashed and was wondering about a good time to re-enter. It looks like he has plenty more to sell. However, it also looks like he's not interested in totally crashing the market either as he'd like to sell at 10K as much as possible. Where did see the tokyo whale is dumping again. I thought he had sold enough to pay off creditors? . Surly after the mess he made during the initial sell off, someone has approached him to sell OTC. Im sure he has also received threats from loads of people who lost a fortune from his actions. He just cant be that incompetent to sell again on the open market which loses money

@fragout, it's pretty common knowledge now that the Tokyo Whale has been dumping. He had 1.9 billion dollars remaining that he could sell. Now it's estimated he has about 1.7 billion left, if he continues to try to get around $10k each. If you pull up a BTC price chart for the past week or so, you can clearly see each time he dumped. He already sold enough to pay off creditors. The proceeds now go to MtGOX owners. There is a court date scheduled sometime in September. Some people speculate that he won't sell more until then, but there is no legal binding preventing him from doing so. Yes, OTC sale would be better for everyone, and they would likely fetch a better price, as bulk BTC usually costs more than market rate. It's likely they just wanted some fast cash. / And/Or crash the price so friends could buy it up. Here is one of many articles: https://www.ccn.com/bitcoin-drops-8300-mt-gox-trustee-sell-off-continues-market-drops/@easyrimka, the lastest big news is the reopening of Coincheck, and the repayment for stolen XEM.

I hope hope picks up some more traction this year. I think NEM has the ability to scale enough for many applications today. I still feel there is work to be done but I have visited their github and they are a active team. Hope to see more this coming year.
Catapult hopefully will get released this year, which could accelerate adoption. I have no doubt about that. Looking forward to the exchange release at first What do you mean by exchange release? Do you mean getting NEM on more exchanges? No the foundation is going to run an exchange end Q2 i think

So who sold off from $9800 to sub-9K today? We are in a bear market and this has very little to do with Mt. Gox. Bitcoin, NEM, everything is going much lower. I just hope $0.18 holds.

The Tokyo Whale did. He keeps dumping at around 10k. If you actually follow the market, you will see there is strong growth, everything is bullish, lots of volume from lots of traders, then WHAM! The whale takes a dump. Lots of volume from a single trader. You are a troll that posts stupid doom and gloom posts everywhere. Copy + pasting yourself into different mediums. I'm actually starting to wonder if you have TBI, Traumatic Brain Injury. It's as if you've worked a long professional career as a hammer. I have an idea of a great coin you can start! Call it Hammer with (TBI) ticker! The price won't fluctuate, since you'll own it all! You can even start a forum just for yourself, where no thinkers are allowed! I do have screenshots of your predictions. Maybe from now on I will just start responding to you with things you've said previously.

Select "Export for Lightwallet".

I just shared that link a handful of posts back. Word on the street was just word on the street, AKA speculation . Speculation that he wouldn't dump more until after next court date. But the Tokyo Whale is under no legal binding that prevents him from selling. And it doesn't look like he's dumping the enormous volumes like before, but making smaller dumps when price nears 10k. We lost his btc addresses, so can't verify anything right now, but now the "word on the street" is that he's still dumping. If anyone has information about which addresses he's using, please share!

NEM Wallets: All exchanges still have their NEM wallet offline. Cryptopia shows theirs as online, but it is not. NEM foundation still quiet. NEM living up to it's reputation. No champagne, caviar, or anticipated news. Just hard work and quiet encouragement.
NEM Prices Update: Japan leads the way with bullish trading, trying to overcome global bearish sentiment. Zaif Exchange XEM prices often plow ahead of other exchanges by as much as 6 cents before meeting resistance. Cryptopia the slowest to respond to price changes, allowing for great buying opportunities. Rumors of Binance to offer NEM arise once again, giving slight boost. However this is unlikely to happen until NEM wallets come back online.
Bitcoin Price Update: "Tokyo Whale" dumping BTC on the market is the main contributing factor to BTC price drop. Binance trade bot dumps alt coin, causing rumors that they were hacked, leading to panic sells. - They were not hacked, and the malicious trade bot issue was resolved very quickly, with all unauthorized trades revoked. SEC statement least of anyone's worries right now.
Just tried to purchase Xem on Poloniex (BTC to XEM) received the following message on a reddish-orange banner: "XEM is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/ network issue. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the XEM team. Any updates must be tested and audit before enabling." Update: The message has been removed from Poloniex. Deposits and withdrawal are now open again
