The thread has been spammed by a user wonderloops claiming that he is the new developer and would do a new ICO.
This is just someone who is trolling and wanted some attention in the hope he is funny.
The new developer who joined Viacoin is Radikal58.
Don't believe the words from others that they are new developers untill I confirmed it or untill it's tweeted with the official twitter of Viacoin.

Yes he was a troll. I saw it 5min after (I am always online). I reported it to the mods & decided to don't reply to him since it would motivate him to reply back. It took the mods a couple hours to ban him & delete his posts.  |
