But I am sorry, until we have no updates, I am not answering to any comments that are not related with the coin or the developments. If you are scared about prices, please sell your INT NOW.

I have sent a email at the dev today ! wait and see ! If this coin is really abandonned and its really some student at the MIT behind i think that the last thing to do must be to contact the MIT about it. Personnaly i dont know what to think about it , i have contacted the dev by PM there was some day , he answer that he was working on legal issue for numeric signature. Re: (No subject) « Sent to: intellicoin on: August 26, 2014, 08:25:47 PM » Nice to see a answer from you ! i'm sure you are taking care of what you are coding for this coin and yes signature numeric must be confronted to this value versus real signature. Have you an ETA to release a alpha of this ? For the other app you are going to wait before the first release of insign app or its developed in parallel ?
If i can give you an advice make another thread but moderated for your coin closing the last one in this way you can clear the FUD or the troll in it and those that want to make it advance can share idea.
Re: (No subject) « Sent to: tr8kr on: August 26, 2014, 08:48:39 PM » Hi Thanks. Well both the developments are happening in parallel, however IntelliApp will be released at a later stage for many reasons. Regarding InSign, we don't have an ETA yet, but should be soon. As it has legal issues involved with it, so we have to make sure we work them out before launching it. However, we might post a functional site, just to show how it woks before.
Best

Best Other people already have and their screen shots of MIT's response showed that they were aware of it and very understanding about it. I am just reconfirming for myself so that I can rest assured in my long term support of the coin. And all I asked was: I was wondering if you can tell me if some of your students are involved with a crypto currency project called Intellicoin because the people who are behind the project claim to be students at your facility, thanks.

100% Legit. I contacted MIT and this was the reply. After speaking with the site's owner, it looks like this is an altcoin project that was started this summer by a small group of MIT students.
I hope this helps. Apologies to the MIT devs/students for making waves, but with the amount of scams going on lately, this was crucial. Can you post a screenshot of the email? So what? Did you get message from herself? Did she tell you that she was involved in this?
I'm probably going to be the asshole for doing this but search karen.su@mit.eduIn facebook You get this https://www.facebook.com/karen.su.737?fref=tsLook at her connections, look at her profile, put 2 + 2 together, it's not rocket science. Finally so is this:

So is this. There was another email. Some people reported coin to MIT so intelli site was taken down along with the emails. That was when MIT said they had no affliation. I am not saying dev identity is fake, but people had spammed them and MIT so much, probably why they gave up. I just checked the prices on trex . They are still high enough. Sell them before you lose your investments.

Haha yes, because it is not affiliated with the school, but it is ran by a group of its students. And that is quite the pedigree and reputation. They have also been very professional throughout this whole process despite popular opinion. Also, we actually know one of its developers who has a very excellent resume. And I don't blame them for taking it down after being harassed by ignorant and rude people constantly and then their institution being bombarded by emails with questions about it and then subsequently kindly asking them to remove it. I would too!

Thanks for the investment advice but I will take my chances that they didn't give up but rather are just waiting to post until they announce and/or are busy on this holiday weekend as most students typically are.

lol Bitcrea, you should be proud of yourself . You managed to scam the dev for 0.7 BTC for a logo. How come I scammed something? We had an agreement, I delivered my part - Intellicoin didn't. I will ignore any troll posts, so don't bother.

Now we wait for the dev to announce and then we are off to the races!

I clicked on "recently added friends" and guess what I saw. A picture with writing underneath saying "Software Engineering Intern at IBM Watson". Don't believe me? Go look yourselves! Also are part of College Cryptocurrency Network. Seems really legit guys.

To anyone with similar negative sentiments about the 2nd IPO attempt:
A message to me:
"I had invested around 0.5 BTC during the ICO phase . Got out when the price was around 4x the ICO price. Once all the FUD started building up, The devs said they were completely demotivated by everything and will not have much funds available for future development. So I thought, they might give up on it. So just advising you to sell most of your INT incase they never come back. But in the end you are to decide. Good luck with the coin."
My response:
I have read through every post and they never said that. I understand how you may have interpreted it that way, but what they said was that they thought that they would need more funds in order to keep the coin viable and running in the long term. They never said that they were less motivated or anything. They just said that they thought that lack of funds will eventually lead to its failure over time which I agree with. That's why if they deliver I will tip them nicely.
