POW almost done. This is exciting.  I'll be around for the whole weekend to solve any issues that arise.  When POW ends I will be force paying out the rest of the balances so make sure your payment address is set and is ready to go.  The pool's database will be scrubbed after this and any invalid addresses balances will be put into the dev fund.  In case any of you are wondering what I have been doing I have been working hard on the Multipool that is coming for Sterlingcoin and various other popular currencies.  Also I have started a conversion swap for Camorracoin.  Camorracoin's network forked really bad recently and a new wallet had to be made.  Instead of all users loosing their balances I came up with a method to premine the total coin in circulation and return the balances to the respective addresses.  This has all kept me very busy with no sleep, so sorry if I took long to respond

Bytecent is a scam coin so dont compare with them. I hope this year will be a good year for SLG.

Not sure what you base that on, I can asure you BYC's legit. Sterlingcoin doing well though, good to see some rise in price, hashes etc. Hope to see more faces stop by to help everything move forward.

I have read the threats and the disinformation on their private forum. People asking questions dont get information, just get banned. They are not legit.

I think Guldencoin is the best to compare with.

Guldencoin easily one of the best currencies out there. Compared to NLG, SLG still has quite a road ahead in terms of adoption, merchants etc. But it's doing well nonetheless. If SLG can keep adding merchants on the regular and come up with proper services that will better SLG and crypto. It will also be one of the best currencies around. Based on use and adoption, making SLG a part of the very few altcoins that will survive a crypto-crash that will surely happen in the near future.

Guldencoin have been doing well and they shuld have a bigger marketcap than SLG. But they have been dumped on heavily. To many coins and multipool are pressuring the value of guldencoin. SLG are going PoS today, so no more dumping. So with that in mind they should have almost the same marketcap.

Found it...i must say that is about the most fair distribution I have seen in a coin along with an incredible wallet and the coin actually has a use.... I am thinking this coin is a Unicorn.... ...

Devs have done a great job with this coin. They have started with things before the launch and keept going in the right directions. The only thing is that they have been a little bad on PR. They have not yet reached the crowd, but every day SLG gets stronger so I think that are soon to be gone to. Some more merchants and some more PR would kick it upp I think.

This multipool will be different.  It's not a Sterling specific pool but will support Sterlingcoin.  Seeing as I one the dev team members and the one who wrote it from the ground up I decided to make sure Sterlingcoin was a part of it.  There are many things I can't say right now, but in short time everyone will be able to find out.  I will be carrying over all Sterlingcoin pool users to the new pool automatically.  The new pool will also support mining to BTC address or any other coin we support.  So users will have a choice to either register with the pool (which will allow them more control of their mined coins) or they can use the anonymous method of just mining with your BTC or alt coin address.

Fully. We are developers, not media/marketing. Also we are people who firmly believe that hard work prevails over false promises and hype. We see daily coins such as HTML, Marine and others state various methods of hype to attain new users. We believe every user we have gained is due to a real feature or service that Sterlingcoin offers, not just hype.

Great news, I discovered Sterlingcoin browsing projects on Startjoin. BitcoinFX's project had already ended unfortunately but once I learned more about Sterlingcoin I was sold.

We just need to get the name out there and the user base will surely grow.

StartJOIN is an excellent platform and we will be utilising it for Sterlingcoin in one way or another in the future. Maybe a Sterlingcoin crowd funding site could even be a possibility?
