Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Ditto to what okae said.

Magi is one of the few legitimate altcoins for the future. This coin will still be chugging along nicely for years and years to come! The more merchants we have, the better!

Make sure to always encrypt your wallet! Then you will have at least some protection.

I use the pool that was registered with the current PoW campaign: xmg.miningpool.cc/index.php?page=dashboard because https://xmg.cloud2b.de/index.php shut down it said and moved the servers to miningpool.cc

Ah right! Understand. You can switch to another pool. xmg.cloud2be has some problems before.
I don't know if lahlor is working on that.

I just voted for XMG on Cryptsy. I'm surprised it wasn't on there already.

No Magi was added on the votinglist and started with 0 votes. At the moment Magi is in the top ten and has more than 10.000 votes there. Magi will be added its just a matter of time. Cryptsy is watching!!

Ineed Magi stays active and will be even more active soon. I received a message from our genius dev Joelao95.
This weekend I will have a meeting with him.
So if you have some questions, ideas, or other subjects you would like to share just post them here.

who is responsible for monitoring pool rules?

i mean it is very difficult to never cross the 250kHs-line and 255 is not really a problem. but miners with constantly 270 to 300kHs...
in my opinion not fair.

Right. The pools are responsible for monitoring the hashrate. Might be that, that miner has to adjust his hashrate a little bit. Pool could send that miner a message!
