Such volume, much W0W

What's the exchange to watch these days?  2 year break, and it seems crypto didn't sit still.  I mean, other than the fiat price of monero.

I watch binance, volume has been super low for quite awhile now. People are not giving up their coins so readily.

binance dog eaters is the most legit xmr exchange? :-D lol tell me more!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

In the past when we see these sorts of big moves they tend to get smacked back down into the sub 8 range.

*sigh* lol.

Yup... Bitcoin as always dictates the market.  Sub $11,500 was a bit 'ouch' but normal service will be resumed soon.

OK, let's try this again.

It's managing to stay up back over .008, I think that says something.  As the big beast rises back up again, Monero will too but I also think it will continue to increase in value against BTC.

My gut feeling is that we will not be unhappy with where XMR is by the month end and into Sept.

Beyond that things are difficult to call as I think Bitcoin has been going through faster, then slower blocks and difficulty weirdness.  This will settle, though. The test of the mid $11K range was a little odd and it should be back pretty quickly to a better price.  Too much is going on that is positive for Bitcoin right now, no one bar the miners are selling.  Who the hell wants to cash out, or even spend Bitcoin right now?  It can't stay at this level for long.

We will just have to wait and see, but short term it's looking good and for now XMR should ride it well.

My mystical chart has BTC breaking upward mid September.  XMR seems as always to be a wild card, but its due to take a bigger chunk out of BTC.  Overdue, methinks.

this paper explains BTC coming price, but IMHO is also applicable to moreno.

Why buy and hold predominates on practical use (while not excluding it) .

Will there be any dip in Monero in the near future? what do you guys think?

I was holding a safety bitcoin, but I think Id like to flip it back now without too much loss.

Did it at something like 068 yes way too late, but I was starting to listen to the own 1 bitcoin mantra.

I did this "mistake" before and it was costly.

I think owning a whole bitcoin, whatever happens, is still solid advice.

- You can figure out what will happen, not when /Warren Buffett
- Pay any Bitcoin address privately with a little help of Monero.

^  Yup...  or more.  I mean wtf are doing here gambling with alts, sports or cards, except to win some more BTC for our bags or hide them in XMR or just launder them through it.

I could see a 'see, we told you buy XMR' future tho.

Apparently one of biggest if not the biggest darkmarket went down two days ago. On Empire market users mostly did not use Monero. If Empire market dont come back its users will most likely move to other dark markets. Probably not that few to Monero only dark markets.

It's just a matter of time before Monero is the defacto standard for DNMs.  I mean it just about already is.

Whitehouse still running?

Yes, it is and as many predict, now it should become the biggest darkmarket. We will see in the upcoming weeks. We will also see in the upcoming weeks if number of monero transactions will increase. Right now they look like a bit up, but could be just trend that was on in last few weeks.

Kind of.  I am (honestly) not a customer, but I like to check these things out.  I think they started out as a Monero only endeavor but may have folded a little to pressure to take BTC (which I do NOT understand at all... but whatevs) and allow that but I think via XMR.TO was the suggestion?

Man... whitehouse just needs to slap their own Monero node on that bad boy so we can finally m00n.

There are few Monero only darkmarkets. Empire market that went down also offered Monero vendors. So who wanted to trade in Monero there could do it. But Bitcoin was by far most popular currency. People simply use what they are most used to. They need a push for a change.

Considering Monero transactions. May will still be best month, but trend is up so I have great hopes for September to reach new ATH.

Monero is a fairly large coin, it is traded on major exchanges. I tried trading it using a bot.

And what was our experience doing so?

Win? Lose? Draw?

Was it worth it? what bot? which exchange?

Prey tell amigo?
