There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

If I'm uber super duper lucky I'll find a block in 12 hours. I've rented ~23THs for an altcoin then I decided to solomine here for 2 hours. I wasn't lucky at all. Then I remembered I still had some coins on MRR and I rented 2.1 Ths for 12 hours and pointed it here. If I find a block with 2 THs I'll host a giveaway  |

Its hard to have a large group of people and balance being transparent and secure at the same time. The other day my 2 basement miners did have a 5,000,000,000+ share. Just need it x 10!
