You're most welcome. I mainly opened this pool to test my ckpool code and hoped to make a little off doing so. While it was not necessarily directly from Phil's pleas that I decided to start this solo pool, no doubt it contributed to my deciding to start it (so thanks Phil). There's also quite a nice mini community that's developed on this pool too, even though there is only ever one winner at a time. It reminds me a little more of what it was like to mine years ago when I first started. I just paid up another 3 months worth of server time to run this pool on.

Keep up the good work CK! I sent a couple more donations your way, thanks for doing what you do  Smiley.

@ck I figured this was a future for small miners.  Yeah I split 7btc but it is only  750 usd  each.

How many have spent 1000 on miners not to mention power costs.

This pool allows for renting sites to male money ck to make money and guys like 727miner to make money.

6 of  a total 7 btc spent  and no blocks

{"hashrate1m": "294T", "hashrate5m": "326T", "hashrate1hr": "330T", "hashrate1d": "70.3T", "hashrate7d": "11.1T", "lastupdate": 1430144863, "workers": 3, "bestshare": 747314075.53609562}

Well that sucked... But we tried. I will be ready to try some more once those coins clear.

yeah we are done 7.02 btc I tossed in a little extra after fees 6.877 was spent  we always rented 325th we paid as low as 0.0093 and as high as 0.0104

Does this pool work with west hash? I'm on the pool verifier and it won't verify this pool.

Edit: I've tried entering in my pool and user info 10 times and still says bad pool. Tried on nice hash too. Can someone using this service help out? How did the pool url look exactly? Is there something I'm missing

That is some serious hashrate that you were throwing at the pool.  Sad that you didn't get a block though.  Someday I may try 100 Th/s for a few hours just because...

A lucky guy found a block on nicehash solo with only 600Gh/s 3 days ago.

Looks like he upgraded to 5T after  Smiley

I only have about 750gh/s, but you can bet as soon as I find a block I'll be upgrading, too! Smiley

My U2 on the solo pool is like buying a lotto ticket every day.  You can't win if you don't buy a ticket in the first place!

what does it mean if you get a share accepted message on your miners?

ive chucked 20 block erupters and a U2 at the pool to see if the odds are better than lotto Wink

This account was hacked & possibly sold during the period of August 1st and October 24th 2017.
Anything done or said in this period wasnt me.
Many thanks to Cyrus for his help restoring access to my account.

what does it mean if you get a share accepted message on your miners?
It means that the pool has accepted a share.  Unless that share is over the network difficulty, it's just informational.

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.

Sorry, but really? You're a hero member and don't know what that means?

It basically means your miners found a share above the target set by the pool. It's a way for the pool to keep record of shares submitted by miners. The target set varies by the amount of hashrate you point at the pool so the more hash the higher the target is set. This is basically done to avoid the pool having to handle a shitload of diff1 shares. Note that for this solo pool it doesn't matter! The only thing that matters here is finding a share above the network difficulty. Your miners would report that as 'found block'.
