Everyone threatens legal action... but will anyone actually do it?
With $25K on the line! YES !!! I've made it very clear to them that this end of month promise is their last chance as far as I'm concerned. I got the standard, pinch of salt reply as usual. I don't know if it would help or hurt, but perhaps opening the lawsuit up to being some type of class action suit. Wouldn't lawyers like this? The more they recoup the more they get? I know a lot of people who have been burned would more likely than not jump on board, if someone is willing to take the case perhaps it could sweeten the pot for them that much more. Even the merchandise they have shipped seems to be sub par at best and missing things that were supposed to be included when originally ordered i.e lcd screens.

What "reported" temperatures are other people getting? the 40C/60C temps sound quite falsified..
Update: I just stopped the FAN for a couple of minutes and the temperature reported did not change so I am quite 100% the temperatures are just made up. Any comment BlackArrow?
What i been thinking. Idk maybe time to start a new topic moderated by us, their backers, to unite and get the legal action train started. This topic here is a joke, as ppl get censored and it contains 50% of irrelevant reseller crap. It's the early BA direct customers that get fucked.

they delete posts all the time, especially those dealing with means of filing consumer complaints or the director. all of this is public information, however, and readily available on the internet so it's not like anyone is divulging a secret. If anyone thinks that BA is going to voluntarily hand over their refunds I think they might not have been watching all of this too closely. If that does not get it done, the lawyers are next. For those wondering 'will anyone actually do it'. Yes, those actions have been set in motion already. I only want the refund I was promised months ago and would rather not have to go through all of this, but I most certainly will. I'm not simply walking away from thousands of dollars. Why anyone would I have no idea, but everyone's decision is their own. The company is registered in Hong Kong, so the proper agency from what I have been able to find out so far is the Hong Kong Consumer Council. They request some documents and need to establish that this is a Hong Kong registered company before they will agree to pick it up, therefore: Send the annual report http://www.kiwi.nz/blackarrow/PS300015776549_01.pdf along with the documents they have requested. Those documents are: 1. The invoice showing you paid 2 your bank or payment records showing the payment 3. any e-mail or support discussions you've had 4. The annual report referenced above. Here's the link to file a complaint. https://www.consumer.org.hk/cc-complaint/index.php?lang=en Also indicate that their TOS indicates Hong Kong law and paste that in to your message. http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/terms-and-conditions-en.html#purchase15.2 Applicable law and dispute resolution 16.2 1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of Hong Kong S.A.R. of PRC. This is all the information they will need to pick this up. They have been very helpful and responsive. If that goes nowhere, Shenzhen Consumer Group, with which I have also been talking and then the lawyers will be next.

yes they are. they seem to be a bit put off that people are posting here on how to file a consumer complaint. I have no idea why, if they are so above board and all. you'd think it would occur to them at some point to simply follow the law. you cannot control the internet. and I have problems understanding how they have the time, seeing as people are supposedly so ^*()ing busy building miners that they do not have time to process refunds. send me my money and I'll stop posting on this thread, maybe. until then, unfortunately for both myself and Black Arrow, I am still a customer.
