I will keep posting. Keep deleting me. We'll see who gets tired first.
I would like to see someone take legal action against these toddler engineers and management at black arrow. Perhaps that guy who is out 25k? Keep us posted.

Everyone should read blackarrow's trust feedback.

Yeah, they deleted my post too, fools.

I don't know if it would help or hurt, but perhaps opening the lawsuit up to being some type of class action suit. Wouldn't lawyers like this? The more they recoup the more they get? I know a lot of people who have been burned would more likely than not jump on board, if someone is willing to take the case perhaps it could sweeten the pot for them that much more.

Even the merchandise they have shipped seems to be sub par at best and missing things that were supposed to be included when originally ordered i.e lcd screens.

Assholes deleted my post. It's okay, because most everything is known and archived.

But if you requested a refund from Minersource and did not get it, but they've tried to send you your equipment, drop me a message.

How can they possibly be deleting posts when 100% of their staff are busy assembling miners??

Lmao, exactly! No time for updates, but plenty of time to delete posts pertaining to legal action. Scum of the earth. Black arrow and BFL. Cut from the same cloth.

Yeah they deleted my post for the second time. They certainly have time to read the forum.

There is another non moderated thread for BA.

Could you give me the link, please. I'd like to post this important information there so people can share.

What "reported" temperatures are other people getting? the 40C/60C temps sound quite falsified..

Update: I just stopped the FAN for a couple of minutes and the temperature reported did not change so I am quite 100% the temperatures are just made up. Any comment BlackArrow?

What i been thinking.

Idk maybe time to start a new topic moderated by us, their backers, to unite and get the legal action train started.

This topic here is a joke, as ppl get censored and it contains 50% of irrelevant reseller crap.
It's the early BA direct customers that get fucked.

July ends on Thursday, this also falls on the customary weekly update day. So-far only one reseller has reported receiving a single X3 sub-unit.

Are we really looking at September? Could production capacity be their biggest lie yet? So-far we have X1 customers with order numbers less than 200 asking where's the beef.

those that haven't filed complaints should do so.  If anyone thinks that BA is going to voluntarily hand over their refunds I think they might not have been watching all of this too closely.  If that does not get it done, the lawyers are next.  For those wondering 'will anyone actually do it'.  Yes, those actions have been set in motion already.  I only want the refund I was promised months ago and would rather not have to go through all of this, but I most certainly will.  I'm not simply walking away from thousands of dollars.  Why anyone would I have no idea, but everyone's decision is their own.

The company is registered in Hong Kong, so the proper agency from what I have been able to find out so far is the Hong Kong Consumer Council.

They request some documents and need to establish that this is a Hong Kong registered company  before they will agree to pick it up, therefore:

Send the annual report http://www.kiwi.nz/blackarrow/PS300015776549_01.pdf

along with the documents they have requested.  Those documents are:

1.  The invoice showing you paid
2   your bank or payment records showing the payment
3.  any e-mail or support discussions  you've had
4.  The annual report referenced above.

Here's the link to file a complaint.

https://www.consumer.org.hk/cc-complaint/index.php?lang=en

Also indicate that their TOS indicates Hong Kong law and paste that in to your message.

http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/terms-and-conditions-en.html#purchase

15.2 Applicable law and dispute resolution
16.2 1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the law of Hong Kong S.A.R. of PRC.

This is all the information they will need to pick this up.  They have been very helpful and responsive.

It's funny. The more they delete this message, the more exposure it gets, because more people will see it. Alex fucking Sovu should familiarize himself with the Streisand Effect.

Matt,

How are the X3s coming along?

The sands of time continue to flow! Right now the two X3 sub-units are worth $3k together. We need 100% in additional hardware to somehow break even.

In case they screw around with the online Ts & Cs, here's a PDF copy. The important bit is section 15.2 subsection 16.2.1 (the number error has existed since 2013).
