We replied to several users and also wrote in chat on our casino website that if the transaction is unconfirmed(marked in red) on the blockchain network, then it is not our casino's fault but the server's. On the other hand, we are actually trying to minimize the risk of such thing happening and want to increase fees for transactions as lot of players asked for it. This way player will pay a bit more fee but will get transaction processed much faster.

What I found most irritating is been: on live roulette if i lose or If I win it doesn't get counted, everything always got back to the original bet, like if i didn't  betted. I lost my rage over slots and i still feel burned.

I'll keep an eye on the thread until I see a reasonable answer from them,because if I'm there to gamble,and I deposited 2 or 3 times in those days,I even converted the btc in other currencies to check if it was a btc issue or something else but hell no,the site decided to keep all my balance no matter how much I betted on the table

I have not had any issues with FJ support.   Anytime something came up, they addressed it very quickly.  So far the only glitch I have found playing video poker has been in the players favor.

Got an answer from FJ support earlier in the  morning.. what its  awesome!!! ... but my  problem stills to be resolved !

FJ did you fixed the roulette balance issue? I loved to play there and I make profits,but if my balance gets no credited or decreased after the bet It's useless..or now there is a button you have to click to confirm the roulette bets,don't ignore me.
