How many NVC was it? We fixed that already, just tell us your Username and the transaction ID and we will refund it. You can easily withdraw it afterwards.

Was this on the last week of leaderboard of the previous one? I saw recently that your name was not on Video Poker leaderboard winner list. I have put on this forum the list of previous week winners and your name was not there either.

This is what generally used to happen to some players - player is in top 5 on the last day and then several hours before the finish other players come and take his spot. Then this player  complains that he was in top 5, a day before the leaderboard finished.

It just says error connecting to server.  Only thing i can connect to is dice.  Also, I received a message saying that my account was to be credited for finishing fourth in the videopoker leaderboard challenge and I did not receive the .06 it says my account was credited.  Did you do away the leaderboard challenge?  I can't see leaderboard anywhere

Leaderboard has been removed now. Just contact support for your issue, my problem is still not solved hope yours does.

Writing support is futile.  They NEVER get back to you.  All I know is that they sent me an email saying that i finished fourth and my account was to be credited.06 BTC.  Whatever, they never credited.  I wrote support NUMEROUS times and they NEVER get back to you.  LOL.  Customer support was much better back n the day.  Now they just don't give a shit.  It's becoming too much of a hassle to bug them and I can only connect intermittently.  The upgrade was not so sweet. I'm weary of trying to play on this site.

You say you deserved 0.06 BTC because you were on leaderboard, 4th place. Which game was it? I am seeing our last leaderboard and I don't see your name on it.

Regarding the leaderboard - when we had that promotion, prizes were credited automatically, there was no way for someone who was on top spot(first five) not to receive the prize. We did not manually award anything for leaderboard promotion.

You sent me the message.  It was for video b poker.  I contacted you numerous times.  Unfortunately the only time I get a response is by voicing my displeasure.  So professional.  

Was this on the last week of leaderboard of the previous one? I saw recently that your name was not on Video Poker leaderboard winner list. I have put on this forum the list of previous week winners and your name was not there either.

This is what generally used to happen to some players - player is in top 5 on the last day and then several hours before the finish other players come and take his spot. Then this player  complains that he was in top 5, a day before the leaderboard finished.

Are you sure you were in top 5 at least 5 minutes prior to the end of leaderboard week?

Like I said you sent me the message.  It was dated the 17th of July.  You might be right and I did not finish high enough but then why do I get this message?

FJ did you fixed the roulette balance issue? I loved to play there and I make profits,but if my balance gets no credited or decreased after the bet It's useless..or now there is a button you have to click to confirm the roulette bets,don't ignore me.

What exactly is the problem? You are saying that you play roulette but when you win, money does not get credited to you? Even after some time?

Before your roulette upgrade(which i don't like the min bet now is like many others, high as hell 1 mbtc), and here's the situation it was:
Betted like 1 mbtc all over the board, spin the ball, lands, whetever I win or lose I have my 1 mbtc back.
I tried that 3 times to be sure, same result.
Then I said, ok, maybe it's the coin problem, let's try with doge, betted 750 per 3 times, and whetever it was a win or lose, I had my money back.
If I wanted to play on a roulette without money I would just stare at the roulette, it would had been the same.

The upgrade has made this site unbearable.  You cannot connect to any of the games (slots, videopoker, etc..).  They took the leaderboard challenge away.  Just as well, since they don't credit you anyways.  Before upgrade, this site was the best.  After the upgrade, you cannot play because of sooooo many bugs,.
