The withdrawal is indeed automatic. It is automatic yes but sometimes big win could take alot more times, perhaps the wallet is empty right now or there is some issue with your withdrawal. This is sunday so perhaps all the staff is taking some weekend holiday, they will surely answer your email soon since monday is coming.

I always get instant withdraw it is around 2 minutes after I make withdraw request and the amount around 300mbtc to 400mbtc every time I make request it is almost instant never get any problem so far at fortunejack and maybe it is because a small amount. Traffic is quite low but it's understandable, they just started.
At the moment I'm typing this there is a lowest limit NLHE cash game (blinds 0.01-0.02 mBTC) table running with 5 out of 6 seats taken.

Almost only freerolls scheduled in lobby  except for a Saturday 5 BTC guaranteed tourney even if next Saturday's one status is canceled for some reason 

Also next two hours "hourly freeroll" are canceled : anyone know why?

The reason probably because there isnt that many players that registered in the freerolls. There are some minimum players required for the game to start anyway. Also if they keep on running the freerolls, it will only attract players for the freerolls and not for the ring games. They need to make some event so that it could encourage people for the ring games

that was true, you you're pointing it out correctly falconer , he might need to read more carefully next time because most of people here agreedagree that fortunejack terms isare clear enough to understoodunderstand. if there are only a few member saysthat say " the terms clearly misleading imo etc " i doubt they read it carefully or even had a have bad english .

There are some rich people in this world that love to risk thousand of dollars, some lost while some win thats normal in a gambling world. Complaints about the instant withdrawals are nonsense because most sites will hold you up if you tried to withdraw a large amount from a site to ensure that you won that fairly

There are 300 mbtc GTD hosted already if you wish to join that but it seems it will be cancelled again due to lack of participants. Fortunejack needs to lower the freerolls to 5 or 10 mbtc hourly and make some room for a small GTD instead so that there could be more active players in the freerolls

Interesting finding. I did some testing just now and found that the max multiplier that work for over bet is x50.

I think it's not only poker that is malfunctioning, look at the bingo room. everyone suppose to have 1 tickets each, but hura has 4 tickets and his name appears 2 times in bingo room?

Same here: logged in poker lobby and saw that last tournament started about twelve hours ago and maybe didn't started at all as we can read:status "running" and players 109 out of 109 (seems like it stopped when it should have started).
