Looks like the poker games getting error, all tournament are stuck. There is anyone get same problem with me?

We have to clarify Hura's issue. Last week Hura was eligible to become Jack's Favorite and was rejected by the system, which turned out to be the bug. We have corrected the error and assigned Hura 1 ticket that was due last week.  In total he has 2 deserved tickets this week.  We hope this clarifies misunderstanding regarding Hura's tickets.

Yep, thanks for clarification. one more thing i get cloudflare problems when i play two games at once fj slows down for like 10 minutes, hope you fix the problem.

There are no problems with username registration. Many users registered since yesterday and none of them experienced the same problem.

Please try again and if you experience the same problem send an email to bugbounty@fortunejack.com  along with bug screenshot. If it is a bug you will definitely qualify, but in this case we don't see any problem with user registration.

Don't see the "No Luck Toady?  We return 20% of your losses" banner now though, maybe they took it down or It's somewhere else.  Regardless, it's a misleading banner, if it were clickable it would be slightly more transparent .... but still misleading.

Found either a mistake, or another attempt at misleading players.

When you click on a main tournament in the main lobby, on the bottom right under description you see:

I was registered for a 10+1 chip buyin with 300 chip guarantee and 12 minutes of late registration.

There were at least 10 players registered total, and it cancelled.

Upon further investigation, I found that if you open the specific lobby, in hard to read font, it states that a minimum of 15 players needed for it to start.  (Most sites have 3 or 4 for smaller field tournaments of this size)

Ring game table is still lack of interest, most players only play on freerolls because of +EV.  Maybe they need to offer great promotions on the ring games as well as the freeroll.

Freerolls are not +ev games , it is indeed a free money which needs nothing for you to risk. There will be alot of freerolls player instead of ring games player and that happens to almost all poker sites. They need to lower the freerolls prize if they want to discourage people to play in the freerolls and use the budget for some other type of promotions

I agree with on taking out hourly freerolls. i think it would be better if there were 2 daily freerolls with good prizes.

Vote for this suggestion as well, lets make it to 2x daily freerolls. They have to spend 20mbtc x 24hours = 480mbtc/day with the hourly freerolls (in case there is no cancelled freerolls)
Make those 480mbtc into 2 freerolls with 200-240mbtc prizepool each is even better.
