This site is operated by a pack of amateurs. I honestly doubt anyone "hacked" anything, in reality, i think the site was sinking.

i am sure they are not amateurs , they online since 2014 ago and as we can see very few bad comments or bad incident happened.

I think rake cap is too high: half BTC max rake is discouraging expecially for high stakes players.

I suggest  to reconsider modulating rake cap depending on stakes and players involved in  play.

I know this player from the other poker site and he always use multiple account to play in freerolls, thats totally defeat the purposes of the freerolls which is to acquire many players to experience the poker games so fortunejack needs to limit his account as well from freerolls

That guy has presented a proof that you might be using multiple accounts for the freerolls but the decision is always up to fortunejack wether to bann your account or not however you are using abusive language as well so you deserve to be banned from the chatroom
