Just added a 13.5 TH/S S9 to the pool. Not to worry, I totally understand the 5Nd payout system, so no need to link or explain. Now let's break this block drought!!!!! Awesome, welcome to the pool! Fellow 13.5TH S9 miner here (with an S7 as buddy next to it).

Awesome, welcome to the pool! Fellow 13.5TH S9 miner here (with an S7 as buddy next to it).
I will have an L3+ next to my S9 very shortly. I know a little off topic, but does anyone have a Litecoin Pool to recommend? I was thinking of give-me-coins.com but I haven't really dug too deep yet. If it's a no-no to ask about this here, I apologize and you can remove this post. Thanks! Just keep the replies to PM anyone replying P.S. welcome aboard

Dann power still off. G%rrrrr
That's why after the Great Northeast Blackout in 2003 I got a whole-house natural gas fueled generator. We were out for 2 weeks and I said 'SCREW THIS!' Do you use a propane gas generator to power your miners? Or you just use it for the house? If you don't have natural gas yes propane works as well for them, being a permanent whole house genset it is all automatic. Power goes out, generator starts and within 30sec power is on until the utility power returns. If need be can run for 2 weeks at a stretch before needing oil and filter change. Only have 5.5kw of miners at home, mainly is just nice not EVER caring about power outages again... They are not that expensive, in late 2003 got mine through Home Depot, 13kw with automatic transfer switch and including all installation/permits etc was around $9k. As for my miners in the main farm at work , more recently we had a large outage about 2 years ago They are tied to power feeding the front offices and that is backed up by an automatic 50kw NG generator which kept them and a good part of our business running the whole couple days the area was blacked out Sweet! The reason I was asking is because the propane gas is pretty cheap where I'm at and I was once thinking of buying like a 10 kW generator to run some miners to see if it was cheaper to power them up by propane. I have a pretty big container that holds 300 liters but then someone told me that if I keep that generator at full 10 kW 24/7 then I would probably have to call gas company to come and fill it up every day! So that made me to change my mind. Lol . Do you have any approx calculation of how much gas does your generator use per day if let's say you run it to the max 10-13kw? Thanks!

Block! by cobramining Edit: yep as mentioned before, the blocks really aren't all that full lately, though that one was only 13.39BTC, it's the most in the last 10 blocks and it wasn't full either ... i.e. again, now's a good time to consolidate if you need to. Good Idea! Just consolidated the last weeks worth of blocks for 7 sats lets see how long it takes to mine. LOL. Cant thank you enough for all the help you gave me on that.

Any block is a good block!!!
For sure!!! Any block we find is better than no block unless it is a orphan then still kinda like no block or opening a Christmas present and then find out it is empty. Speaking of blocks, my 7 sat consolidation transaction got mined within 10 minutes I think already confirmed lol. God I wasted so much on fees in the past.

Look up the generators specs. Fuel consumption is one of them. Bigger issue is that backup generators are NOT made to used continuously for what is called Prime Power operation - those have an entirely different build quality and lubrication system. Prime power gensets are made to run 24x7x365 and are built like tanks. We now return to our regularly scheduled programming...

JP Morgan should have been shut down years ago, and Dimon is a lying scheister: "In November 2013, JPMorgan Chase, the nation’s largest bank, agreed to pay a then-record $13 billion fine to federal and state authorities in order to settle claims that it had misled investors in the years leading up to the financial crisis." Full story here: https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/09/jamie-dimon-billion-dollar-secret-jp-morganAnd on another note, BLOCK!! Top jimmy cooks, top jimmy swings!!

Ounce corporations build a name, it's almost impossible to tarnish that name. Doesn't matter how many large scandals they have. To a point that is. ENRON probably only collapsed because of the amount and I can't recall ENRON being around super long like Morgan and Chase. yeah (did a little Googling), Enron formed in 1985 and lasted till 1999. Chase (Founded 1877) and JP Morgan (Founded 1871) are companies that combined and had been around A LOT longer.

Re Mssr. Dimon and his opinion...I worked as chief internal investigator for a national bank for several years. I mine BTC. Duh. Dimon's comments have to be taken in context...as in they are published on an outlet that makes its living selling fiat paper.
