S9 13.5Th for sale on bitmain website. November batch. Interestingly only accepting Bitcoin Cash as payment for this batch.
Bet they are trying to prop up demand for BCC on the exchanges. Come on block. Lets have 2 or maybe even 3 today!  They are definitely trying to drive it up. Too bad too, I was all set to order a few. Oh well. |

Oh well. I managed to get 1 unit and 1 power supply! . I had like 3.5 bcc after the spilt and missed the sale when the price was around $900 so I decided to go ahead and spend it on this S9.  |

OK, rather than waiting for a long block, I think it's time to call on an (almost) Goddess and request a few fast blocks instead  (yeah this lack of quick blocks lately has been unbearable) So Elen it is from Lord Marksman and Vanadas (Elen being the Vanadis meaning a War-Maiden with somewhat Godly powers) Block! I am not knocking the 90+PH we have now, but I, me personally, liked it better when we had 75. It SEEMED like we got more blocks and I got paid more So now, with our 92-94'ish I expect more blacks to compensate for less BTC! So if it takes many Goddesses, let's get them out there! Fukami Kazuha Goddess of the Moon, since it's getting close to night!  |

That was a KanoDB restart at 03:21:50 UTC.
Was unexpected - due to a network issue between the main server and the web server.
Reload will be completed in the next 5 minutes.
Edit: and just about the same time, the network to one of the stratum.kano.is nodes (the Silicon Valley one) stopped responding - that was the temporary ~15PHs drop.
That's the same area as the web server.
Both servers (web and silicon valley) are OK again.

FYI someone was trying a tiny DDoS at the web server doing password guessing.
Nothing was affected.
Logins are currently disabled, I'll enable them again later once things quieten down.
