The btc not being in any exchange is very easy to someone simply vanish with everything...

not possible to go through exchange with bergstake

True, but its way safer than to simply hand out money directly to random strangers

The entire group of management and marketing pros are public figures and well recognized.  Many of the individuals have a net worth that is larger than what BRO is attempting to raise?

someone tell me how to open the .json file? how do i download the wallet?

if you have the .json file you already downloaded teh wallet. the .json file IS the wallet. please confirm you purchse on site, adn hold on the .json and remember you password. you will need these for breakoutcoin genesis wallet.

So just keep the download link and remember my password, then when the wallet is released I can download it and use it?

Good point.

What about some transparency?

For example .....no cap for ipo? well...
What if you get 1000 BTC. You can always say that you collected 2000 BTC.
Price will be 2x bigger and you can put 50% of your premine in your own wallet. Right?
Too scary for me....
I´m not investing with these conditions.

When the wallet is released, you will need both of the wallet and the transaction files that were sent to your email as well as your password.
Make backups of the files if you can and do not forget your password.

The bitcoin amount accumulated is on the ICO webpage so anyone can look at it at any given time.

Sorry Breakout but you are not going to have the wildly successful ICO you envisioned. In part because it was overoptimistic given the circumstances, in part because you havent listened: you need to show a WORKING interface of your games, not just composite pictures. You also need to explaing brrgstake much more clearly (and it has to be tradeable too), including those 6 million berstake that will be given out? And finally, since you expect BRO buyers to finance your whole operation INCLUDING time and resources already invested, you need to incentivize early investors much, much more. Otherwise you are going to find it very very difficult to break even the minimum for the project to go ahead.

There's still time. But not much...

Barabbas. We did listen to some but not to everything. But it's not over yet.  We still have various options. Your input is highly regarded to me.  Thank you.

Just wanted to mention , the berg stake that was formerly attached to the free giveaway coins to my knowledge has been eliminated

30 day ICO is waaaaaay toooooo looooong.

I suggest you change it to 7 or 10 days max to create the sense of urgency that the 10% incentive model failed to create.
