I expected some move to the downside, but the market feels undecided. Despite breaking that wedge, volatility is low.
I wonder how it plays out.

There's that even bigger wedge that's pushing us down still, you know the one that started back in November 2013  We're now almost at another make-or-break situation and no one knows where this is going... |

Chessnut-- were you joking when you said huge dump/fireworks at Sunday 12 GMT ? Nothing happened then, just a steady climb to where we are at now.
Do you think 236 BTSP/BFX was a bottom?

Wow,...I can't believe Chessnut is still around doling out pseudo-science predictions. SOme people are just shameless.
Remember Ristos prediction thread...he was a couple of thousand dollars out.
He spent months on the WallObserver in early 2014 predicting another bubble before he had to slink off when it was clear he was talking rubbish.
He posts on Trading View and has the same accuracy as a stopped clock.
He's a kid playing at being a stock-wiz...when he says he's being doing this for five years, he means since he studied it at high school.
Ask yourself this....he has been bullish on BTC for over a year (we are always about to "shoot up"); so if he is so good at EW and predicting the market, how has he managed to consistently miss the longest bear market in BTC existence?
He's either:
a) not very good
b) disingenuous
c) thinks that 'good' advice' means always being positive.
For me a mix of a and c but I'm soft-hearted.

Good call Chessnut Im not interested in right or wrong, it's about valid and invalid which is why I dont need any apologies from critics. Its those that make things bitter and think one example of anything ever has enough bearing to bring down a sound principle, they bug me. And maybe you should consider making it self-moderated, since these people clearly lack the common sense and courtesy to not post in threads dedicated to subjects they dislike (that or they just want to rustle some jimmies). Also, I am indeed enjoying the dumps. Finally moved to OKCoin a couple of weeks ago and I gotta say I loove shorting |

Awww shucks guys. An impulse always follows an impulse, we could be in wave C of an ABC zig zag, or wave III of a larger impulse towards yearly and possibly final yearly lows. The impulse is the preferred count on a larger scale but following what exactly.. it is unclear. So the target for a worst case scenario (for shorts  ) wave C is around 1300. This is just because it is a 0.618 retrace of the 2015 rally, the target is not otherwise clear with so little form within the wave. Targets to be prepared for in the case of a larger impulse will also become clearer as it unfolds, but there are some critical points in the case of specific counts. The $90 level is a possible minimum in the case of an expanding diagonal wave C where wave V must be greater than wave III. This would likely also be the reversal level, not that this price could be tolerated for any great length of time in that case. Otherwise gently testing yearly lows at about 800yuan is the most plausible situation. I do believe Ryan has a good xyz count for a much bumpier road to yearly lows, makes sense if you dont see a motive for all this shenanigans. |
