How many shares total and when does the auction end? *What percentage of profits are paid in dividends (from quarry, from brewery)?

The number of shares will be determined by the price, such that the total share sale sale will be 1000 mil. I don't know the an estimated value of the above assets, especially 3-W-C3. If we estimate the entire thing (including 100 mil in cash) to be worth 700 mil then a book-value share price would be 1.2, meaning new 833 shares sold. My 60.3% interest would be diluted to a still-substantial but not majority interest of about 45%. If you don't think that's an accurate valuation (and I really have no idea) then adjust accordingly.

Dividend policies will be determined by available opportunities to reinvest profits. There are no quarry activities at the moment, and if profits are not reinvested in quarry or something else, then the initial plan would be 100% of brewery profits to be distributed.

I  have put 500 shares @0.5mil per there so far.

That is okay as a place to collect bids. I won't be selling shares via that market mechanism (unless there is a structured auction command of which I'm unaware) because I the entire lot will be sold at once.

We can use the in-game bid book for bidding though.

Dear all, I'm pleased to announce that the Grizzly Bear Brewery has successfully launched, as many of you have already noticed. I wanted to give the King's 250th anniversary room and the tax issue more attention before posting such meager, secondary announcements concerning the kingdom. Personally I am happy how things launched, and am grateful to everybody who had trust in me/us and invested or helped in other ways (such as Noms who kindly sold a very suitable brewery lot with a very modest price, Crichton who secured us with a S-BB, and of course all the share pledgers who all claimed what they pledged).

The paid dividends per share was 250k in year 1617. Notice that since our share was noted at 10mil (only ~2/3 of a CON) yet with 2.5-fold yield in comparison to a CON, I would consider our first year a success. I will do my best to keep this up in the coming years as well.
