Moolah Scam on Mintpal - Reporting Missing Coins

How long is this issue going to take? can someone from Mintpal tell us more about any progress so far?

Also I see some people say they are missing their Darkcoins don't feel discouraged I plan to give Darkcoins back if this issue is not solved by Sep 2015 a year from this whole thing started & I'll take the rest of it if no one else claim it. I'll have to figure who's really losing coins and who's not screen shots can be photoshopped so i'll figure something later God wiiling.  "I feel this is a fair solution for both sides"

From the beginning of the SCAM i succeed to pull out:

Panda Coin - First day after the migration
Fair Coin - With the help of Faircoin team.

All other coins are still inside with transaction pending.

5.5 Million Nobles still yet to come back, 5K VertCoins.

I submitted a withdraw request almost immediately and randomly got like 550K Noble Transferred (1/10) and no Verts as of yet. Has there been any status change at all?

I had 3 Sync and 150 DRK on the exchange in orders when everything blew up. I was able to use the automatic withdrawal system to get back the 150 DRK. The Sync withdrawal said "daemon error" and would not let me withdraw. I updated the 'notes' section, a dozen or so times, to no avail. Attempting to try again this morning I see that the site is gone.

Leaving coins on an exchange is certainly dangerous.

I want to know if the new (same as the mintpal 1.0 people if I remember correctly) made off with anyone's coin.?  We need to push this because the moron (Ryan Kennedy) did have to pay back "someone" for the scamming of Syscoin it sounds like.. who did he pay??

no, I am still 8 BTC down and also donated to mintpaljustice myself.  I never knew Ferdous but no reason to think he is scamming as i'm sure the whole thing is a lot of hassle for him.

Sorry I haven't been around on the thread for a while as there don't seem to be any developments.  I'm not expecting my 8BTC back at this stage unless there's any good legal news i didn't hear about.  At least Ryan Kennedy has been exposed so people can avoid the big bag of green slime next time he tries to scam people.

This is bloody ridiculous. I want my 260 DRK. Were the alt coins lost or stolen? My understanding was it was just the BTC that was stolen. Why is there a hold up on withdrawing of alt coins!?

An update on the law suit or what has happened with the website would be appreciated.

Although Kennedy has been ordered to pay the Syscoin team back their escrow funds of 750 BTCs he has not payed back anything as yet. An officer of the courts has been appointed to liquidate any and all of his funds/assets and this is ongoing.
