I find it interesting that after the rate change, the prices on this bond dropped to a point that the actual return is roughly at 7% again. Definitely a steal, IMO.

The following post got moved from another thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=93445.msg1106708#msg1106708
Yeah. And those whose bonds have been traded below a 'promised' buy-back price for another week already - they shouldn't be the ones who throw the first stone.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I mean Goat's TYGRR.BOND-P Oh this is off topic trolling. He derailed my thread too. About 3 pages of crazy rants. A mod should clean this up. Don't be impudent. Despite of what you think, I'm not stupid and I see quite well through what you're actually doing. You advertise yourself as the most honest guy out there, more trustworthy than OCT rating, asking people who don't trust you to keep off your bonds, you even sacrifice for the investors, but when it actually comes to fulfilling your commitments, i.e. to buyback the bonds as you promised, you just look away pretending that you haven't noticed the question. Or you are just too busy with your next holiday... You call people who sell your bond <1.0 stupid, but the truth is that they are actually not that stupid, because the main reason why the TYGRR.BOND-P have been underpriced for weeks is that you simply don't honor your own obligations. So next time, before you start throwing shit onto others, why won't you just try looking into a mirror first?

Pirate has lowered his rates because the bitcoin price jumped up. He said before that he is vulnerable to sudden price increase. So whatever he is doing is more risky now and therefore the dividends should be higher to compensate for this risk. I think that either he is behind the last rally and is buying back the bitcoins to repay his debt and close down his operation properly or if it's not him, he might be in deep trouble now. Enjoy the high dividends while you can

That's just your last meal and we know where that ends up -- in a pile of s***.

To be fair, I have talked with Goat via PM, and I've already sent in my shares to be paid out at 1.0485 (or whatever the new Pirate rate is, minus Goat's fee) per share on Tuesday.

Since Pirate said he is paying out accrued interest to the hour on deposit refunds, how is that being handled re: the shares in this bond? Assuming that Pirate is going to pay out, should we expect another (partial) dividend payment before you make the buyback?

I guess we just have to wait and see. What becomes of the TYGRR.BOND-PI? Err, I guess I should ask this in the other thread.

For the time being you wait. Pirate hasn't returned any coins to anyone yet.

To be fair, I have talked with Goat via PM, and I've already sent in my shares to be paid out at 1.0485 (or whatever the new Pirate rate is, minus Goat's fee) per share on Tuesday. But Pirate still pays 7%, so you should be getting 1.068, if he was buying them back from you at 1.0, as promised. If fact, after Pirate returns the deposits with the last week interests, as he says he will, each holder should receive exactly 1.068 per bond, as the last payment. But will this be the actual case? Having my experience with Goat, I just cannot wait to find out...

Pirate pays zero percent now. There is no more BST. Who told you that? So in fact, the last payment should be even more than 1.068/bond - depending how late Pirate will actually close Goat's account.
