I don't think I would even NEED a lawyer, I mean, even if I agree with whatever they're asking for, I'm not worth anything. Can't get blood from a stone.

That might be true, but that probably won't be true forever.

Yes, at the present time, there is absolutely nothing to gain from suing me or GLBSE. In the future that may change.

I imagine setting up as a formal business makes you a slightly better target. How's that going by the way?

Edit: completely wrong phrasing.

Pirate isnt returning anything. He sent all the money to zeekrewards.com
How do you know that?

Its quite obvious if you have been following things.
Smiley What sort of argument is that?

IMO you don't know shit @bitcoin.me - and it's been quite obvious for me, because I have been following the things you were posting.
Even my niece knows more than you. And she is 7...

I know enough not to have invested in pirate and then compound my embarrassment by blaming other people for it. The more you whinge about Goat and Nefario the more of a caricature you become.

Tell me where daddy touched you to make you like this.

Hi Chaang,

In the event pirate repays some/all of his debt, will you be able to buy back the bonds? It seems things are progressing finally (from the action of BrightAnarchist, with whom you probable are working). Smiley

unclescrooge

Yes, BrightAnarchist and I are working on this together. I have let him take the lead since he just seems more calm about this and people are attacking me for it. It is a shock the number of people who do not want us to go after pirate. BA is optimistic however IMO pirate is not going to go down with out a fight, and that means going to the Feds... So, I'm going to have to wait while we do the basic legal stuff that really we should do first anyway. So since this a group effort I will act as a member of a group.

If the bond holders want me to break away and start faster action this will take more money and time and really I will have to have someone in the USA help me.

For right now I think we are in good hands with BA at the helm.

Thanks.

Then the response to:

is
Yes, BrightAnarchist and I are working on this together
?

Yes you seemed to be working calmly and efficiently and I am very optimistic about the outcome. Don't rush things and throw more money than necessary, at this point I don't think any of us are in a hurry to recover the funds, up to one more month is ok I think.

Anyway, a really big thank you to you all, you're great Smiley

Either or both could have been the reason.

If delisting assets was in retaliation for calling nefario a scammer, wouldn't that kinda prove the point?  Shocked

Yeah. All your assets, Goat? Um, scary?!  Liquidating 100% of my GLBSE portfolio ASAFP.
(won't take long - there wasn't much to invest in there!)

I see huge red flags for GLBSE investors. I'll be out until it shakes out.

No Nefario voided all of the assets and has my BTC. You will need to talk to him about the coin. I no longer have an account on GLBSE.

At this time it seems there is nothing I can do other than sue Nefario and the other GLBSE stock holders. And it is sad because I have a lawyer attempting to collect currently.
Well, I guess if it were the case that things would change to executed the payments, or maybe finally nefarious have to pass balances PPTs holders, who knows, anyway this is hopeless.

You have the information about each account holders (via redeemable code). That's enough to repay every shareholders who can come with such a code. No need to go by the law for that. Smiley

The glbse shareholders arent involved in the day to day decisions Nefario makes. That would be like suing google shareholders for something Larry or Sergei does.
