Well, this is really hard to believe. Partially due the fact Factom s been the shitties company of all times when it comes to news distribution and marketing. Believing they told you something big somehow s really unbelievable story.

I still have faith in them. But that Factom and promotion simply does not come together.

The ETF-decision will move the market. If approved it could fall below .02. If disapproved I believe there is some chance for a rising price. Not sure on what to bet here but I believe disapproval is more likely and even if approved money will flow back into Alt's once Bitcoin reaches new highs (wherever they might be).

I'm curious why SEC is silent until the last days? Do they approve it by not making any public statement? I have read that it wasn't the practice of SEC to approve any ETF silently. If BTC ETF is approved FCT will fall below 0.02 mark. Most of alts will fall hard.

I don't believe that there will be "approval by default" because of "no decision". I expect a decision today. And yes, if approved most alts will take a hit. But:

- approval would add more credibility to Bitcoin and more attention on the whole space
- Bitcoin would run into a price-bubble and bubbles always burst
- the "new" value will tend to flee before that happens --> Alts would rise before Bitcoin crashes
- Factom is not in competition to Bitcoin but complementary

That said: I consider the ETF as a win-win, no matter if approved or disapproved. The difference is more about time than about the direction. I personally see more potential in Factom than in Bitcoin and I'm not even sure that the ETF would be good for Bitcoin when it's about longterm while a more of attention and credibility on the whole space would be good for Factom (also others) of course.
