If you read the white paper, you can discover, that this crypto bring a whole new concept, the purpose of this coins is to create a market to store proof of unchanged documents on a blockchain, it can work on the layer of btc chain as (in the future probably) on eth chain too and others. So the purpose is that if you receive a document authenticated by an hash saved in the blockchain you can compare the hash you can calculate of the document with the one on the chain, and if they match, means that the document is authentic..... FCT are the gas to buy factoids that are used to memorize documents hash on the chain. This is what will do factom company, is another level of blockchain technology used..... how is the price so freaking low??? makes no sense. truly THE most undervalued coin on any exchange right now. I guess if shorting a coin is more profitable than actually longing and holding even the most promising tech falls into obscurity...

"Sigh" Factom makes me feel like I've been sledgehammered in the face several times over and over again. Been depressing holding on to my factoids although the worst is that I see no progression or communication Factom just tight lipped "NDA" bs. I'm under the impression that I've been duped all this time. So sad 😔...

I think FCT is a really good and promissing coin. I personally bought some FCT almost at all time highs, however I sold some of them recently and put my money in BTC, as I dont see any reason for FTC go up unfortunately. The company haven't realeased any good news recently and the community is also dying. Maybe I'll have to get rid of my coins if the price keep moving sideways...

I think when some of the biggest investors realize the worth of this. The price of FCT will definitely grow up. But if there are no big investors, i think your investment will be for naught. This is my own opinion. You are entitled to yours

I think that the NDA stuff makes a lot of sense, why would the DHS (department of homeland security) want to work with a company that is going to flaunt and hype that they are working with the DHS? Its the government they are all about secrecy!
So while the btc price continues to drop because people in crypto are all about hype, the factom team is in the background probably trying to scale and build a service/software for a gov agency.

Wow, relax and think about how mean that statement was. You're better than that. Factom is a company that has received grants from department of homeland security to build a product/piece of software for them, so factom has to be reserved and somewhat secretive about what they are doing. It's the government...they do everything in secrecy. |
